We couldn't be happier with the high-quality furniture from Barstools and Dinettes, as well as the great customer experience from the owner, Lee. We purchased our kitchen barstools and dining chairs from Lee over the past couple of years and both sets are incredibly comfortable, sturdy, beautiful, and well worth the price. The store also has tons of selection, with the option to customize items with 100s of different materials. Ordering and picking up from the store was seamless, too. Highly recommend and we'll definitely go back in the future.
After months of purchasing and returning barstools online, we found Barstools & Dinettes and we’re so happy we did! Such a fantastic experience purchasing here. The staff was helpful and friendly along every step of the process of picking out our perfect custom stools. They had great selection of quality chairs & barstools that all come with a wide variety of customization options. When the barstools were ready for pickup, they had already assembled them and also provided felt bottoms for the legs. Amazing people to work with and we would highly recommend shopping here!
Amazing people, amazing service, amazing products! And...very patient with their customers as well. Our new dinette set traveled all the way to our new home in Wenatchee from North Bend and we would make future purchases from Lee in the future inspire of the distance.
TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE! My husband and I shopped and shopped endlessly, online and in store for the perfect barstools for newly remodeled kitchen. Finally making the trip to North Bend! Let me tell you, it’s worth it! And for the cherry on top...the owner assembled them for us! WHAT?!?! No one does that anymore. To make the entire experience make you feel just a little better about spending the money...its a family owned, small business! We can’t say enough good about this establishment. Thank you very much!
My daughter and son-in-law had a beautiful new solid wood dining room table plus chairs. I asked where they purchased them and they said from a super nice guy, Lee, at Barstools & Dinettes in North Bend. I went there and met Lee, one of the nicest folks you'll meet and a man who has unparalleled knowledge about furniture. He has beautiful hand-made tables as well as traditionally manufactured higher volume chairs and accessories. He had a one-of-a-kind wood table that was made out of a beautiful slab of wood, coupled with beautiful chairs. It is the most beautiful piece of furniture I've ever purchased. He ordered us some bar stools that are beautiful as well. Lee was very helpful and had a lot of ideas of different pieces of furniture that might work for me. All in ball, I'd call this a hidden treasure in downtown North Bend, Washington. Anyone who needs any kind of table, chairs or other items, he carries many unique pieces that you will not have seen anywhere and are likely not to see anywhere else. If you are looking for a great piece of furniture that is unique as well, shop at Barstools & Dinettes. And, FYI, I'm not related to Lee and just met him yesterday.
Above & beyond customer service. I bought my gathering table and stools years ago somewhere else. One of the stools suffered an accident and I had it repaired awhile back, but it was a stress point and it became clear it would have to be replaced. I called the original seller, no luck, it's discontinued. Called several other stores, no luck. Checked online, some had stock, but only in pairs. I contacted Barstools and Dinettes hoping they had a loose one. They didn't. But Lee had an idea; he reached out to the manufacturer to see if they had remaining spare parts. They did, so he ordered one on my behalf and had it shipped to my shop. He even swapped in the new piece for free. Would've been easy to say "No, we don't have it"... a half other dozen stores in Seattle did. But he went out of his way to do all that for someone who had never purchased at his store before. I'm very appreciative of the service, and my dining room is back together. Worth the drive out from North Seattle.
Highly recommend this place! We've been by here and looked in the window after hours. Finally stopped in about a month ago. I admit that I did a lot of 'shopping' online, but was uncomfortable ordering something and not being sure that I would love it. Besides the large supply of barstools, we found the perfect dinette table one that we found online and took it right home. Lee and Kimberly were great to work with, helped us find a buffet cabinet that matched and ordered it. Prices were less than I was seeing online which was making the selection difficult and, most importantly for me-we purchased from a small business!
Want stools, come here. A buddy went here and suggested the place to us. So we went to go check it out before we bought something online. Wow was that the best decision we ever made. We were able to test out all the stools, and it was SO SOOOO worth it. We ended up spending more than we would of online but it’s because we got WAY better stools than we were planning on. We found the perfect fit for our place. The color and finish options are so deep you’ll struggle to decide a bit which one looks best, but that’s the alternative to not settling of stock options. Go here and get yourself the perfect stools for your spot you won’t regret it.
The best furniture store I have ever been to. Great selection, great staff. Fantastic place to find exactly what you need for your kitchen, dining room or bar. Not to be missed. And they guarantee the lowest prices in the state of Washington!
