Nice clean station. Friendly staff. But wrong information provided which cost $13. Our clipper card on the phone would not work but the attendant let us in without telling we will have to pay again when we exit.
Pretty clean, not that busy on Friday afternoon. Trees trimmed. Buses in place.
BART used to be the best when it first started. Now the stations and the trains are a dirty dangerous disgrace. Where does all the money go? BART police are the highest paid police in the Bay Area and probably the janitors too.
BART trains are now like NY subway... pretty disheveled.
Once the original end of the line, this Bart station is situated in one of the best areas in the city. Just a few blocks 3 away from downtown Concord's Todos Santos Plaza which is filled with numerous restaurants and other dining establishments. The local public transit has routes and times with maps posted, so you can easily find the next available bus to get you where you want to go. This station is almost always very clean. Several large parking structures are in the area as well. There is also paid parking available at the station.
It was ok. Easy to find and the toilets were both open and clean enough. The accessible features were all working. I did have problems finding a Clipper machine that would both read my clipper and my credit card. 3rd machine could do both.
Feels safe, Bart police are present. Clean, quiet and nice all around Bart. Pleanty of parking as well as a nice waiting area for pickups from another person or the bus. Also, the maps are easy to find and easy to readbaround the station. Here at 11:45 am on a fri, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference
Plenty of parking behind the police station. Decently safe and have only been harassed once on my walk back to my car. You won't get a seat if you board a train after 730am so expect to stand riding into the city.
Just moved in down the street. I dig it so far compared to many other Bart stations it is very chill. Obviously late at night, alone, you should be careful. The city could definitely improve the street lighting around this area of concord as well.
Despite the newly remodeled areas of the station. There is a developing homeless problem in this station. I've seen a pile of garbage that no over paid janitor has bothered to clean up for days.
