I create abstract, landscape and impressionistic paintings using acrylic paint on canvas. The mixing of colors, brush strokes and textures provide the opportunity to convey a thought or emotion to the viewer. Often with loose but textured strokes and a bright color palette.
I created my first painting in 2008 as a gift for my wife. It wasn’t until 2011 that I finished my second work. Since that time I have been painting on an increasing basis. My training has come from a mix of the Yarnell School, Daniel Edmondson and YouTube.
I have been married to my wife Krissy for over 25 years. We have four children, our son BJ and his wife Jessica and our daughters Kaylee and Madison. BJ and Jess have also blessed us with our first grandson.
