Stephanie was a pleasure to work with in preparation for our wedding. She was responsive and pleasant. We had Vicki as our bartender for our wedding and she was pleasant and polite to our guest. Their services are affordable and high quality! Thank you for your services!
Everything seemed great! While planning for my daughters wedding I spoke to Stephanie a couple times. She sent me a list of everything I needed. I explained that we wanted 2 "signature drinks" & what they were. She told me approx how many gallons I'd need for the night. I offered to premake all of it so it'd be ready for her. She assured me she "had it" that that is "why I hired her". She also said she could handle the number if people attending Alone. She came dropped ice off & went to set up another event.which she sis tell me she was going to do She returned to my event and realized she forgot the cups so she left to get some only to realize she forgot her wallet at the venue. And left again to get cups.which I was charged $39.99 for & they were flimsy cheap plastic cups She returned as the ceremony was ending. Luckily the wedding coordinator and I put some beer on ice an I had made 5 gallons of both speciality drinks even tho she told me not to. She wanted to make them as she went to avoid waste. She was very rude to many guest . Once cocktail hour was over everyone went up to reception area. Once up there she refused to serve the "signature drinks" to many people. Told them "those were only offered during coctail hour" even tho there was a sign on the bar listing the signature drinks. She told them "I can make you something better", needless to say after the event I had a ton of the the alcohol left that was purchased to make the signature drinks. I was unaware of what was going on until the next day when I received multiple phone calls from guests complaining about how rude she was and that they liked the signature drinks they had started drinking during cocktail hour. At one point I went to the bar to order a shot and she set a wet plastic shot glass on the bar. I asked why it was wet and she said she was washing and reusing them! I told her I didn't want that. Turns our she was swishing them in a bucket of water and reusing them. When they left the venue at the end of the night there were pools of water all over the bar area that we had to clean up. She sounded very professional on the phone however at the even that is NOT what we saw!! This was the only thing that was just wrong... During the whole wedding! I do not ever leave reviews. However a week after the event an I still hearing from guests about her!! So IF you are considering booking... Reconsider!!!
Bartender to Go was an amazing addition to our wedding! They were friendly and helpful and made sure the night flowed smoothly and was full of fun!
On time, did a great job, and was very good with everyone
