I've been a tenant here for roughly 3 years now. There is no security gate of any type here. There is permit parking but no permanent spots. Like previously state, I've been here 3 years and the one has worked a total of 0 times. It's hard to really give an accurate explanation of management since there seems to be a switch all the time. I've been through 3 management companies and countless managers.Thiss is the safest apartment on the strip. The apartment I got already had damage from the previous owners wall damage, old food splattered on the wall, and nails everywhere. The location is in a good area since Bartlett is literally right there yes despite the name you are considered a Memphis resident and I lived the closest to Bartlett and their are a Ron of restaurant options for those who can't/don't feel like cooking. My neighbors are great. To piggyback off a previous review. Before current management change, it was a 3.8 out of 5, but now I'd give it a 2.5 out of 5. Still it so far is a great starter apartment.
The apartments were better when owned by multi south. These new people called capstone realty are horrible they can’t keep people hired and there never anyone here to answer the phone or take care care of your maintenance issues. Save yourself the anger & headache. This place ain’t worth the one star. I had to leave one to leave a detailed reason why. Do yourself a favor & drive right past it. It’s not worth it. I will NOT be renewing my lease come February. I’m gone.
These apartments have gone down drastically over the last 7 years, we've stayed because of the previous management/ownership and their efforts/communication. These used to be some of the nicer apartments on the strip even though the others are a bit more ACTIVE IYKYK and they still are but things are getting extremely sketchy now and the audacity to raise the rent when the pool has not worked since 2016 consistently, the gym equipment was stolen at one point so they locked the gym down and used it for storage. The trashes are ALWAYS over flowing, people who do not live here park in your parking spot and never get towed but PBJ will tow cars of residents that have been here longer than property management has been employed at this property. There are now always people walking around the complex at odd hours of the morning/night. Also it is not the residents fault that the property ownership keeps changing there for it is up to ownership to make sure that the work orders are being passed to whomever takes over. We have been waiting on a repair to our ceiling since they got rid of the property manager/maintenance team living on site and they just hang up notes about it. After seeing this new company on the news for one of their other properties. I won't hold my breath. The three stars are for the good times we had here in our first unit lol
If I Could LEAVE 0 Stars I Would I Recently applied back in May through multi south soon as my first day of move in they were fired and this new company CAPSTONE came in THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER AND OWNER SAMMY IS SO CARELESS & RUDE ! My move in was delayed 2 days on top of being moved into a unit with electrical problems and flea infested so i literally only got to live in apartment 2 days before everything WENT COMPLETELY OUT ! I was left for two weeks being told to constantly get hotels with my 10 month old child because no property manager in office ! Finally i was placed in a vacant 1 bedroom temporarily until issue resolved but they have had 4 new property managers within 3 months nobody stayed longer then a week also Who have told me they would be giving me a new unit for 3 Months when regional manager Debra stepped in to move me in a new unit last month THE OWNER SAMMY told her no they don’t have any and that I’m not qualified when i was approved moved in and paid a deposit but because of them not fixing unit i signed lease with MHA cancelled my RTA Now I Have To Move But Oh It Gets Worse The New Property Manager Cameron In The Office Went in and stole multiple of me and my child belongings in the unit with Electrical Problemwhere all of my things are stored claims it’s showing vacant in system so now I have to let the police do their job and owner still has not tried to call about this issue but emails me threatening to evict me but never even sent my lease in to MHA for payments Living Night Mare DONT MOVE HERE !

I just moved last week and so far it has been a great experience. The move In process was smooth. The office employees are very nice. When I moved there was a problem with my toilet and one of the outlets. I put in a maintenance request and they came the same day and fixed it. Its in a quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. I recommend these apartments it's worth the rent.
My experience was so amazing here. From the application process to the day I moved in, I felt well taken care of. I wasn’t just another “move-in” they treated me like I was a part of the family. Upon arrival, the apartment was extremely clean with all new appliances. Maintenance even came by to make sure everything was to my liking. Ms. V in the office was so sweet and nice . I know I had so many questions during the whole process, and she never got annoyed. I am very satisfied !
Very disappointed in the application process. I requested a tour of the avl one bedroom and after a few texts, I was rescheduled a few times. I brushed this off and applied anyway to make sure i got an apt. The website still shows a 10/14/2022 one bedroom, i applied for this specific unit and after a few days got no call back. I went ahead and called and was told I was denied because of my credit score, I verified my last name because that sounded wildly inaccurate, and they had the wrong persons credit report attached to mine. I called back the next day and was told I was approved but for a 2 bdrm for NOVEMBER. The young lady was nice and said the one bed for OCTOBER was a transfer unit and shouldn't be on the website. This was a waste of my application fee, inquiry on my credit, and used time that I needed to search other apts.
Awesome place to live. Very affordable. The apartments are cozy enough for my family of 3. We'll be here until we're ready to buy a home. I've not had many maintenance issues. The one I had a little while ago was fixed with no problem. I've noticed some staff changes and I must say I love them. There's a HUGE difference in the customer service I received when I first moved in and now. I just recommended these apartments to a family member who's looking to move.
I been staying here since September. This has by far been the best apartments I have stayed in. Maintenance come in a timely. The ladies in the office are very nice. I’m really considering resigning my lease.
