Excellent provider from the time you walk into the dental office. The patient education was very detailed to my understanding to comprehend a patient dental treatment care plan. I have been to other establishments and Bartlett Dental Associates supersede above a 5-Star ratings. Kudos to the staff.

All staff is kind and welcoming. They truly try to build relationships with their patients. I've been treated by different dentists, hygienists, and assistants in this office and they ALL put the patient first and give you control over your treatment options. This is the best dental office I've been to and will continue to use.

absolutely horrible. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning back in april 2023. they were booked out for months which i understood so i wasn’t able to get an appointment until october 2023. it’s the day before my appointment, i’ve been calling trying to reach them for WEEKS, several times, to confirm my appointment / get info on my payment options but nobody EVER answers.  i’ve left voicemails too. nobody calls back. i finally had to just go up there in person and ask, turns out they didn’t even have me scheduled in for a cleaning. i’m FURIOUS i’ve been waiting for months for this. now i have to find a different dentist and just wasted my time, when i could’ve gone somewhere else.  if i could give them 0 stars i would.

Kate has been my go to dentist when no one else treats me right. She’s very caring, compassionate, and empathetic. I strongly recommend her. Don’t let a bad experience keep you from getting your dental health done. Go see Kate!!!

Great atmosphere when I go to the dentist. I had a dental emergency and when I called they got me right in. Dr. Heflin was great, fixed my problem and explained what to do to speed up my healing and prevent it in the future. Would recommend Bartlett Dental and have and Dr. Heflin to everyone.

Absolutely loved it and this is the first dental office my son has been woo.  They treated us like family! Angie and Sarah were so helpful and patient. Highly recommend!

Met Catherine today and was extremely pleased with my experience. She was thorough, very knowledgeable and personable. As always, I also had great care from Dr Heflin. And the reception staff made me feel welcome. I give my visit a 5+++!

Dr. Kate is awesome! My daughter is a challenging case with multiple illnesses impacting her dental health. Dr. Kate researched her unique illnesses and came in prepared. Highly recommend for patients who have POTS!

Was treated very well here.  Really like the staff and the dentist a lot. It was a bit of a wait doesn’t usually happen but once I was taken back I was seen very quickly. I would highly recommend Bartlett Dental.

This place is soooo unprofessional!!! Nice office setting nice workers but unprofessional. They send something off to the lab and you find out a week later that it’s still in the office and hasn’t made it to the lab! Then no one called to communicate this even tho I was calling but was never told! They will ignore your calls and have the scheduler answer calls their avoiding.Due to their unprofessionalism I will not return here!
