We used Westcott Florist for my engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and wedding flowers. Every event, the flowers were beautiful! We worked directly with Courtney for each time. Courtney is amazing to work with! I feel like I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted for my wedding flowers, but we met a couple times in person and over the phone to discuss and she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped my vision come to life for each and every event! Especially for the wedding. My wedding flowers were everything I have dreamed of and more pictures below My bouquet was perfect- full of flowers and little greenery, just like I had asked for. Same with my bridesmaids bouquets, all the boutonnières and corsages and every single arrangement made - all perfection. I would use Westcott over and over again!

My husband bought me flowers from this shop for my first Mother’s Day and I was blown away! The arrangement was so unique and had such a gorgeous variety of stems. The roses were huge! Stunning peonies, ranunculus, hydrangea and orchids to name a few. This was not your average bouquet. I hope to receive many more unique arrangements from this shop in the future.

I no longer live in Syracuse- but remember this florist has been around for many years. So when a dear friends mom passed I knew who to call and they didn’t fail! The small delicate arrangement was beautiful! Thank you so much!

On a very limited budget, I was trying to find something nice to be delivered for a dear co worker's birthday. This lovely person helped me....wonderfully...I chose a plant, and she added a few beautiful flowers, a bow, and a little wooden birthday hat to make look even nicer!!!! It was delivered at a perfect time, and my co worker/friend loved it . Thank you Westcott Florist!!!

I lost a friend due to COVID. I wanted something very special for his funeral and wanted to incorporate a couple of things into the arrangement to honor him. Westcott Florist did an AMAZING job! They listened and understood what I wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful! The arrangement was beyond beautiful and absolutely perfect!

Maybe they’re good in person but they should not have an online presence if they cannot handle the technology. I ordered a surprise arrangement for my mom’s birthday and the order prompts specifically ask for the recipient’s phone number to coordinate the delivery hand off. Well today a woman called my mom to tell her the floral arrangement won’t be arriving because they don’t deliver to her area. Surprise totally ruined. And whyyy take my order if you don’t deliver there? The woman said they just forward those orders to OTHER florists. So there’s no way to know what business you’ll get yours from. So now my mom’s surprise is ruined and she still doesn’t get flowers. Also how hilarious that the owner gaslights everyone’s negative reviews

The florist did a great job helping me send flowers to a friend at a Syracuse hospital. I wasn't in Syracuse and found the florist through the internet. The woman who helped me gave me great ideas to make the arrangement look nice for my friend, and it was delivered within hours. Exceeded my expectations, would recommend. Thanks so much.

We had a death in the family that landed on a birthday. Such a grim situation. That's to westcot florist a bit of joy was served. They worked with me to get everything just right to bring smiles to my family today. Had joy where it was needed in only a matter of hours. I highly recommend this place to spread they're beauty for any occasion!!

Horrible experience. Spent over $200 on an arrangement for a wake / funeral. When I saw it I was ashamed for my we had our name on it.

I LOVE this florist!! My favorite part is that I live three hours away and receive a postcard that reminds me of an order that I placed one year ago for a birthday EVERY year. Not only is the reminder nice but all I have to do is call with an order number and they have all of my information on file and within 3 minutes I have a completed order. I have a delivery sent to my mom every year for her birthday and order through them for any event I ever need and we have never been disappointed. We have had flower arrangements and plant baskets/bowls sent and they all have been reasonably priced and beautiful. Service and delivery have always been quick, respectful, and kind. Thank you!
