Bartlett Home Furnishings is my favorite furniture store in Shelby Co. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Gene has been such a help to me in picking out just the right sectional, ottoman and rug for my living/great room. We have an older house with lower ceilings and a fireplace that is hard to design around. Gene had great ideas and was thorough in understanding the room layout & dimensions. Thank you! The service delivery team was on time and helped center everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this business.

I have not been in a furniture store, a real furniture store, in so many years and I truly enjoyed my experience today. I was greeted shortly after entering by Wayne and I told him I was Just browsing and he believed me! I got to go around the store at my own pace, no questions, no explanations and thoroughly enjoyed myself! I took pictures of the pieces that I was most interested in and a few for you guys too because there will be a sale coming up for the holiday!

We went in looking for a china cabinet and found the perfect one to match a table we recently purchased. We were very pleased with our experience and our purchase. Dyanne was the sales person who assisted us and she was very cordial and professional. The china cabinet was delivered in four days and set up by two very respectful and nice young men. Each Bartlett Home Furnishings employee that we encountered during our purchase and delivery is worthy of a five star rating.

Our new sofa is lovely. Perfect fit and color. Gene Hayden was soooo helpful. It was delivered 3 weeks early which was great. Perfect delivery. All the staff there so very nice. We will be back!!!!! Thanks y’all

I had been discouraged by all the cheaply made furniture in my area stores NW MS. Bartlett Home Furnishings was suggested in a local Facebook group. Well worth the short drive! Gene was so helpful & kind. We bought a beautiful solid, made in the US bedroom set and will be ordering living room furniture as well. Delivery was very reasonable & professional. I can’t say enough about shopping here. You will not be disappointed!

Just took delivery of a new recliner that was a special order. Staff was very helpful in choosing the color and my order arrived about a week earlier than expected. I always prefer dealing with a local company instead of a national chain.

Bartlett Home Furnishing and salesperson Wayne Sheilly are our family’s go to for furniture and accessories. Wayne has an incredible knowledge of Bartlett’s various lines. His customer service is excellent from introduction to selection to delivery. We couldn’t be more pleased to continue to work with him. Bartlett’s prices on the brands they carry cannot be beat either. As a consumer our options are vast, they have always been more than competitive in pricing. The gentlemen who deliver the product are conscientious, courteous and efficient. Our many experiences with Bartlett Home Furnishings have been wonderful and we will continue to be loyal customers!!

What an awesome furniture I got from the Bartlett Home Furnishing BHF along with superior service from start to finish! Waiting time for manufacture to complete order of a coffee table and a matching end table was so worth it - love the design with solid high quality material. I had to change original delivery time window on the delivery day, and BHF was flexible, worked with me to meet new requested delivery time. Delivery guy was courteous and polite. I am one satisfied customer Thank you BHF

They could not have been more helpful! Wide selection, great staff, service, quality, and speedy delivery. They even let us easily return something that didn't "fit" like we hoped!!! I was very pleased.
