In a jam trying to pickup a trailer last night and was looking at hefty bill. Guy on phone was polite and informative and a couple drivers stopped by to assess the situation. Even though I didn't t end up using their services the dispatch ,drivers, and equipment were all top shelf and I would highly recommended .
I have used Bartlett on many occasions for my business fleet and my personal vehicles Larry and all his staff are very good to deal with I will remain an on going customer for all my towing needs. I highly recommend them to anyoneServices: Special vehicle towing
Don't use these people, keep looking for a company that will actually help you. We were stranded in the woods and this place advertises that they have all the wonderful recovery gear to help... We called and left messages as their Google presence says they're open 24 hours... They not only didn't answer their phone at all, but never returned our calls either... If you go on the website, it says don't call them any time other than Monday to Friday 8 to 4 or something similar. Dumbest thing I've ever heard of for a towing company.
Was on a road trip and had to call as I had locked my keys inside my car with my dog inside. They arrived very quickly, and got the car open within seconds. Larry was so personable and understanding that it made me feel much better about a stressful and embarrassing situation. Thank you so much!Service: Car lockouts
Very helpful and professional. I needed a convertible transported about 160 kms. Although I did find it expensive, I do feel it was worth it. The driver did a great job and was very careful not to damage the car, as it is very low to the ground and getting it onto the flatbed was not a simple task. I hope I don't need this done again, but if I do, I would contact them again.
Have been using them to move around my stuff for a long time now. Definitely would recommend them over everybody. Larry is always fast at picking up the phone and is very fast to dispatch someone to come help you no matter what your situation might be. Tow truck operater Brad is awesome to work with and can Impressively move just about anything you give him.
Iv called Bartlett's over the years because the service and friendliness cannot be beaten. When I was a 18 year old kid quite a way back I happened to ditch a company truck in a snow storm on my way back home. I didn't call Bartlett's but they pulled over beside me and pulled me out when they seen me. I was shook up and panicked, offering to pay and the driver told me not to worry about it and to be safe. He wished me a merry Christmas and made sure the truck was ok then went on his way. I haven't ever forgotten this, year after year it comes to my mind when I see the snow fall. Great people, great business and a good memory.
