This school is alright. It’s not as bad as you think, the only reason the staffs are “bad” is because they have to face wanna be thugs every single day! If you treat them right, then they will treat you right It’s common sense. Aside from that this is an amazing school! But they could use more staff because of fights and misbehaving children. The principals there are amazing! They host block party’s,theres a FSA picnic coming up,and other fun activities! Overall I would recommend coming to this school!
I really hate the fact that these teachers can treat kids badly. And when these kids react soon it they are wrong. Then teachers and talk about students parents to upset them. They are more worried about discipline than education. Yes I understand kids should be good.
Please pray that your student doesn't get sent to Mrs. Johnson for any reason. She took another child's word and TRIED to give my child a Saturday work detail. I went to the school and spoke with her and she refused to see the correct side of things. This is even after I took it upon myself to contact the teacher and the teacher confirmed that the situation never happened the way Mrs. Johnson TRIED to write my child up for. I walked out told her I was on my way to the school board. less than 5 minutes later as I was walking into school board office I get a call and she said she spoke with teacher and would revoke the Saturday work detail. Yes Maam it would have been revoked anyway!!!!!!!!! Learn how to handle your job before you take the responsibility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The children are absolutely animals. On the last day of school, they go berserk. I knew a friend of mine who worked as a lunch lady and she quit simply because they are out of hand. The teachers are not exactly the best either. They continuously falsely accuse the good kids. The fact that they mix in 8 graders with 6 graders contributes to the problem. Overall, on the lower end of the spectrum.
Terrible school. I hate that my kid goes here. Desperately searching for an alternative for next year. If I leave him at BMS he will be so far behind by the time he gets to high school that it will be difficult for him to catch up. Advice to parents of 5th graders, use the school choice option when you get that letter in the mail about the poor performance of BMS. Send your child somewhere else.
I go to the school currently and it could be better with the fights but I like it my teacher are nice but last week from Dec 3 2017 there was 6 fights just in 2 days
Went to BMS all 3 years and let me just say the staff they have now is amazing. I highly recommend this school for anyone.
My daughter is attending this school and i can't wait until she gets h%$# out of there, talk about what's wrong with this country, this school should be on that list, only ghetto hood rats would like this school
teachers are sometimes mean except mrs grupi and mrs hardy and the coach makes us late and makes us stand in the heat because of others actions
It's not a very good school but it could use a little more teachers to be on site if there's too many what happened at that school
