Forget about calling the after-hours phone number to check on a load, for no one answers. Load pick up time is questionable and it seems as if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, as to guarshack times.
These people Are pathetic. They don't have a clue About much of anything Be prepared to sit for a while. They post 3 phone numbers to call to find out when your load will be ready none of these numbers are working numbers, none of them, all 3 are worthless. when someone finally answers they know nothing. An extremely painful experience.
Good place to work if you want to be unappreciated. They blame everything on their employees. They have favorites. Don't trust anyone in management especially the HR. Vicki The HR wouldn't hesitate to stab you in the back. She's done it plenty of times before to other employees. Most people there are miserable.
Great staff, very nice facility to make moves with a 53 footer to pull into docks. The customer service here is great and they will have you loaded and out in no time.
Nice people and have overnight parking. Allow yourself about 3-4 hours. A bit slow to get unloaded.
They definitely need better communication on the weekends. I was here for over 3 hours and getting ahold of someone was horrendous.
Loading is slow four hours and thirty minutes slow the blue rooms were disgusting my wife was told she could not use there facilities.
The landscapers should be commended.
Great preloaded trailers and overnight parking for drivers.
