Basil Park is a casual, chef - inspired 120 seat restaurant concept in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, brought to you by the team behind Timo Restaurant and Bar-Chef Tim Andriola and longtime partner Rodrigo Martinez. Basil Park's menu highlights fresh, local ingredients, with a strong emphasis on healthy cuisine.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8am to 10pm, Basil Park boast and open kitchen with an imported French Eno Tech rotisserie, a Spanish style Plancha grill, a casual dining room with pale wood beams, butcher block tables, a juice bar and a green garden terrace that will seat up to 50 guests. Basil Park's menu is guided by fresh, local fruits, vegetables and whole grains, while also featuring hormone- free meat selections, and pasture raised poultry, sustainable Florida seafood, as well as grass fed dairy. Driven by a shared commitment to support sustainable agriculture and local purveyors. Basil Park has partnered with Harpke Family Farm in Hollywood for all their microgreens, and sources from other local vendors sharing in their responsiblity. Diners may look forward to daily farm specials showcased on dining room chalkboards. the wine list features sustainable, biodynamic bottles from premieer old and new world appellations alike.
Basil Park's philosophy stems from a belief that the food we eat should be natural and unprocessed. Chef Andriola has created a flavor rich menu that incorporates this belief. Through cooking techniques, seasonal, sustainable products and food combinations, ingredients at Basil Park will be prepared in a way that is optimal for health and longevity.
