I live across the state so I ordered online a week before my mother in law's birthday. On the day of they sent an email saying they cancelled the order due to not having what they needed to make the bouquet. They didn't try to call or anything, I tried to call multiple times to get the to change it to something they did have and they never answered so I left a message which they never replied to. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
How this business got a 5 star is not even rational. We ordered $400 worth of flowers for my mother in laws funeral. She couldn't get our flowers, didn't call us and tell us, and filled the bouquet with the one flower we said not to use as she hated carnations! One family member went in and got $200 thrown at them from his $250+tx. I called once, not for a refund but to let her know I wasn't happy either...the 2 I ordered were embarrassingly small and also filled with carnations, but was told I dealt with that, quit harrasing me and hung up on me! I'm surprised she's even still in business!
I live across the state from this flower shop. My best friend lives in Ephrata and her birthday was approaching. After calling another flower shop in town and not being able to get connected with a live person for several minutes, I reached out to Basin Florist. A real person picked up on the first ring and was quite helpful in answering questions I had before placing a flower order from afar. I made some specific requests, and trusted that they would get the delivery done and with a good product. I received thanks from my BFF shortly thereafter, and she is in love with the flowers. THANK YOU for making this such an easy process! I would be happy to use Basin again.
