Welcome to the best biggest little transit system (biased opinion)!!!!
Basin Transit Service Transportation Service District (BTS) is the provider of public transit
services in Klamath Falls, Oregon. We are located in South-Central Oregon on the
Oregon/California border. Our service area is roughly the size of the Urban Growth
Boundary which includes the City of Klamath Falls and the surrounding suburban County
neighborhoods.
We believe we have the safest bus system with the most helpful and pleasant drivers in the
state. That doesn't mean we think we are perfect. Occasionally even we make a mistake.
If you've found something that needs changing to help us better serve your needs, please
contact us. We've made it easy to do so on our home page under "Contact Us".
Some changes are beyond our control. Perhaps you would like to have more frequent bus
service (more buses), longer hours, extended Saturday schedules, or Sunday services. We would
like to provide all of those to you, but sadly our budget doesn't allow sufficient funds to do
those things yet.
