Went to Baskin-Robbins to get a yummy, chilly snack . Simply Delicious . Love love love it . I always go for their cookie and cream flavor. :
I was enjoying my 2scoops of ice cream...and I found hair in it sweet and non of their employees wearing hairnets. I included photo in different settings so the hair will be visible coz it's so teeny. Those eyelash extensions ready to take on the world.
Do not approach the store close to closing time. We caught so much attitude from the people working, including the manager, that I wouldn't eat at the store if I was starving to death. The girl that refused to tell me her name, was particularly rude. Horrible customer experience.
Always enjoy good ice cream but the associate behind the counter put this experience over the top. My daughter changed her mind just short of a hundred times. Then I caught whatever she had and couldn't make a decision either. The gentleman was very kind. Showing the patients of a Saint he never once showed an inkling of anything but understanding and grace . Thank you for a very pleasant experience we will be back again soon!
I forgot to ask for his name last time I was here, but I got greeted by one of the friendliest employees I’ve ever come across! He also made my Oreo shake in a timely manner despite it being a little busy. I will be back!
The line was long but moved quickly. Staff was very efficient and energetic. Nice location. Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream. I love their cappuccino blasts made with nutty coconut or pumpkin ice cream. It's amazing!
Everything was really good.
The customer service is bad at this location! Myself together with 5 other people were going to get something. A server took my order asked me what id like, which i gave and she proceeded to make it. Another server ask to help the next "party" in line. Fortunately there was no one behind us, so i told him that there was the others in my "party" who wanted to get something. To my surprise, he stated that we would all have to wait for the one server that is currently making my blast to take all our order. I said really with shock and he rudely replied with, YES and walked away. Here's the part that annoyed me, there was two other servers that were doing nothing and serving noone. So to think there was a total of three servers, one who was busy making my order and two others doing nothing and no one else in line not offering to help the others who was with me is a bad policy!!! I then asked the server who served me that policy was a store policy or corporate, she stated yes it is and a directive from her manager. I understand if it was busy, and having three servers to assist is a great way to swiftly and sufficiently serve. But it wasn't! This kind of service is unacceptable!
This is the absolute worst Baskin-Robbins I have ever been to in the entire country. My friends, family, and I have traveled near and far around America eating ice cream from Baskin-Robbins in over 37 different states. Who would have known the one closest to our own home would be run by the most horrible people imaginable. The lower level employees are the real hero’s and I feel so sorry for what the upper management puts them through that I have witnessed and been personally affected by. I watched a higher ranking manger not only intentionally block off access of the cash register from his female entry level employee, but he also embarrassed her in front of the entire rest of the store by undermining her hard work, putting himself and what he was doing as more important and above anything she was doing, kept getting in her way and almost made her drop my ice cream, told me to get out of the way of the cash register because he was busy and I needed to move even though the lady who was helping me was already ringing me up, and he screamed at me when I tried to defend her from his actions. He was extremely rude to me and to this young lady and I refuse to ever be treated like this ever again by anyone, let alone stand by and watch anyone treat their fellow employees this way. It’s completely unacceptable and if this comment is deleted from Google I will be reposting it and contacting the CEO myself. I don’t care how hard it will be, how long it will be, how much money it will cost to file a law suit, no one should ever be treated the way I was yesterday while I was one a first date.
Super rude. I stood there for 5 minutes and was completely ignored. I was gonna let it slide until the lady at the counter completely ignored me and started helping the person standing behind me. If you cant treat all your customers with respect you shouldnt work customer service. I will never go back to these rude people.
