Baskin-Robbins

This place is always bumping in the summer and we've yet to ever have a less than pleasant experience here. My only problem is always making up my mind. The selection here is wonderful and our kiddo loves the place. The staff is always nice and there seems to be a good balance between customers being helped inside and at the drive through at the same time.

Love the ice cream.. drive Thur is super slow! The less people they have the slower they get. I went through the drive thru thinking it was faster nope! 1 car in front of me and waited 20 mins

We went to the Centralia Fairway Center location after our company Christmas party, so there were 30+ people. Because it was pretty late... on a Saturday... in the winter... there was only one young lady working. She was awesome. Treated everyone in the riled up group very professionally and was extremely helpful. Their regular assortment of ice cream is great and they always have fun seasonal options. Based on this experience alone, I would highly reccomend the Fairway Center Baskin Robbins.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We went to this location in Centralia, WA at approximately 6:55pm today. This is SERIOUSLY the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It was not busy enough for the service I encountered. We walked in after a party of two was being helped and we were next in line. After about a period of 5-7 minutes AFTER 5 minutes in the drive thru my party of 4 knew exactly what we were coming in for. We estimated about $100.....with that being said the employee that was being trained just so happened to have her friends walked in.....She asked what they wanted. When my boyfriend mentioned we were next in like the bratty blonde who I’m assuming is the manager “shooshed” my boyfriend and let them continue their order. My boyfriend tried to tell them again to continue and it wasn’t enough that my boyfriend walked out the door, they still continued. I was willing to continue on with my order, another employee helped my kids with their cones so they could eat ice cream while I ordered the rest of our stuff....THEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HELPED ANOTHER TWO PEOPLE WHO CAME IN AFTER ME. I decided in my head I was getting the cones and leaving and I would spend my money else where. When I mentioned to the manager that her and her new employee ignored myself and my party and they should be helping the people who come in first, she looked at me with complete and utter disgust and told me, “I’m training”. After I received the NASTIEST tone of voice instead of an apology, I told her I owned a business in the area and I would NEVER speak to my customers that way....and would have offered at the very least an apology and helped the party who said they were first, before my friends. She looked at me and told me “it was your choice to come in today and if you don’t like our service here, don’t come back” Not only is that response completely disgusting, but that just tells me my money isn’t as good as their friends money... or anyone else’s. All because I mentioned to her that we were first, and that if she’s going to be training, at least train your employee to help FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE....not help your friends first. I will probably NEVER spend another red cent at Baskin Robbins. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and this one location has ruined my experience with this company. Not coming back.

Our local branch is secretly hiding they provide a bigger scoop than the next guy. Visit BR and try not to taste at least a handful of products before decided on just one ... or two ..... ok three scoops to enjoy.

Ignored us more than 10 min when no one was in the lobby. The server kept steering at us and not saying any words. Very rude attitude. This happened on 12/12/2019 at 6:30pm. Neas Ice Cream.

They have not quite figured out how to make a proper milkshake too much milk waters down the flavor, but other than that they are always good for a stop.

No longer a Baskin Robbins but has some similarities. It is definitely a little cheaper than BR was. Overall was satisfied.

Baskins -Robbins in my opinion is the best place to go for the yummiest ice cream and ice cream cakes. Very clean and the employees are cheerful and helpful.

Always a fun place to visit and check out any new flavors! Easy access, lots of parking, friendly & cheerful staff.
