Marketing: Leader in Web Marketing and Presence on Internet, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, and bringing buyers to listings using a custom tailored marketing program that integrates the home's selling points and lifestyle enhancements, and takes into consideration existing homes on market to distinguish my listings' strengths. Because you get one chance at a first impression, my homes are staged and then photographed by a professional photographer.
Negotiation skills: By visiting as much of our local inventory as is possible, I am able to present offers and price homes in to obtain the most the market will bare for my sellers, as well as a very fair and competitive price for my buyers. I am frequently called by our tax assessor's office for guidance when developing tax assessments based upon my individual knowledge of most homes, and was recently asked to explain a higher than expected price for one of my listings.
Transaction Management: Once an offer is accepted, keeping the transaction together is vital. We work closely with our clients and their attorneys to insure all dates are enforced, that pre-approvals contain the necessary information for our sellers to make an informed decision, and to advise buyers on ways to structure their offers, sometimes resulting in winning a multiple offer situation based on the quality of the offer rather than being the highest bidder. Inspection attendance, and providing legitimate rebuttal reports when required are also part of our routine.

Personal Background
I have lived the tri-state area dream, growing up in Park Slope, moving to Darien, CT, and settling in Basking Ridge. Our daughter attended Bernards Township schools, and I have been an active member of the community since 2003. Managing the quality of family life and working through issues of moving a young child established in school, as well as starting a new life in an area where we knew no one, was a great learning experience to bring the most important aspect of my service to my clients: helping them not only find or sell their home, but helping them to manage and thrive through the strains and uncertainty a move inherently brings, including being able to navigate, both on the road and emotionally.
Actually moving, knowing our surrounding states and their real estate markets and procedures, working in Global 500 Sales for a major insurance brokerage corporation, and developing a corporate Intranet, I am proud to be well-poised to bring this experience to successful marketing and sales of homes.
