Rachael was amazing! So knowledgeable and patient, even when I changed my mind about my couch. No pressure at all. She figured out my style immediately and helped me choose MY couch, thanks so much! I definitely would use her again!
Rachel Huizinga helped us with a coach we were looking at. Very professional. She was on point with everything. Communication, answering questions, explaining everything thoroughly and showing us all the options that were available to us. Made us feel like we were her only client. The rest of the staff there I didn't catch their names we welcoming and seemed professional as well. The store was clean and had a lot of examples on the floor to show us. Thanks again, Rachel.
Carrie Conrad spent time with us to learn about our furniture and seating needs and style preferences, then put together a beautiful plan for our living room, kitchen bar and dining room. Not only did the plan she designed look great, but it blended with other furniture and decor that was already present in our home. On delivery, all pieces were correct, in excellent condition and it fit the space perfectly. We are so excited to enjoy our new space! it looks absolutely beautiful! David and Linda H.
It was great working with Rachel and the entire team at Basset. Beyond helping buy a new bed which I’m really excited for they were also really helpful with figuring out how to source some of the other furniture that they didn’t have there. One lady there even drew a picture of what I was describing, she was spot on and now I’m taking that around with me in my continued search.
This was our first custom order experience, and we were very pleased. Plenty of options for comfort, look, and size. LaVisa was knowledgeable with her recommendations to meet our wants/needs as well as fitting in our space. She was thorough and detailed to ensure an accurate order. Her ideal chair ended up being our favorite.
Rachel helped my husband and I select furniture and fabrics for two rooms in our new home. She really listened to our goals and opinions and spent a lot of time assessing possible layouts and furniture options. She's a talented designer and fun to work with.

My beautiful new bookcase/display case was just delivered, and I couldn’t be happier! It looks great, it’s going to add SO MUCH to the look of our library, and the quality is A-1! My design consultant/sales rep, Jeanette Sisario, at the Overland Park, KS location was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and patient, and made every effort to see to it that I’d be happy with my purchase. The guys who delivered it were very professional and apparently VERY STRONG as this is a monumentally heavy item. They took great care to not damage our newly installed hardwood floors or paint job. They were courteous and helpful in assuring the piece was placed exactly as I need it. I am THRILLED with the quality and hope to soon purchase a complementary piece. I’m off to play with my new “toy” now!!! Thank you, Bassett Furniture!!!!!!!!!!!
