Had a lot of work done to my new truck by these guys. I wasn’t very happy with my factory audio and they priced me out affordable options for aftermarket kits that fit my needs. Not only Did they help explain the process to me, they did it a lot faster than I expected. Hands down the best shop I’ve ever dealt with. I had tint installed and all new door speakers. I trust this place and their employees. The quality of work is impressive Highly recommend

Decided to give these guys a chance with two of Our company trucks. We scheduled the work To be done on a Saturday and even though they close at four, and are understaffed and over worked like we all are they stayed until nearly Ten o clock on a holiday weekend to make sure we were squared away. Another shop previously did work to these two vehicles with less than satisfactory quality. Our vehicles left their business in better shape than they arrived with new tint, fresh maintenance, clean inside and outside as well as fixing a radio in one of the vehicles. Will continue to use them for routine maintenance and any special projects in the future. 10/10

We had no appointment and showed up not long before closing needing our system rewired. Not only did they stay an extra 4 hours past closing our stuff was a wreck but they also showed us what was done wrong as they got to it and how it was supposed to be once they fixed it. Very friendly, no hidden fees, didnt add anything on at the end. Will definitely be recommending to our friends

My granddaughter-in-law and her mother thought they were experiencing car troubles, and they pulled into Bassic Auto shop. It was after hours as the staff had locked up and headed home; instead they helped the worried women by thoroughly checking the gauges and under the hood. They found no real problem other than low radiator fluid. When my granddaughter tried to pay they said ' no mam, we're glad to help ' . Nice, caring people. Thanks, Jerry Boatright

If I could rate BASSIC -5, I would. Unprofessional and dishonest. The owner, Wally Moore is a skilled liver and con man. After a terrible install and fleecing me for 5x the estimate, the stereo had some issues that BASSIC wanted to charge me another “$200.00 to $300.00 to fix their mistake

Not good place for business, they take your money upfront after don't take your call give you a bunch of excuses and when you shows up to see what is going on they act like they don't know you and then later on. They try to install cheaper part than the one that you pay for it. Not a good place to do business. I went there in October 6, 2022 to get a remote starter install in my car they told me they don't install cheap one and the one they offer is pretty expensive, but then i choose the expensive one $614 dollars they charge upfront parts and labor, pretty expensive give me a few days to call me and today 12/11/2022 they haven't even call me not even once, most of the time they don't take my call and when i decides to go there and see what is going on they didn't even recognize what i was talking about and later on they try to install a cheaper remote starter than the one that i pay for and threatening me not to gime my money back. Good luck if you decides to do business with them.

Brian was helping me with an ac problem and gave me a good price price on a new stereo system. Just need a little more swings with them before 5 stars. Good folks. Took my wife's care in because it was running rough and lacking power. Was told it needed a tune up. Had to pay almost $600 upfront. Didn't fix the problem. They kept saying they would make it right. After 13 days keeping the car and doing nothing, the owner refused to do anything to make it right. Very shady and dishonest shop. Stay as far away as possible. We took my wife's car to another local and very reputable shop and in less than 3 hours after dropping it off, it was diagnosed, repaired and running like a top. Had nothing to do with anything this place kept saying. You would think after keeping it for 13 days they might have been able to do something. WRONG.

CAUTION BUYER BEWARE I paid $560 upfront for a DVD player to be installed in my Ford expedition. When we brought the car in they said that it couldn't be installed in our vehicle. I understand that part of it, but what happened next will make you not want to ever use this place of business. The DVD players that they installed were $260 online, not $560, and didn't have all of the features we were wanting, which is why we paid extra for the features. Then he insisted that we still owed the $125 install charge. Then I went back and talked to another guy he said he was the owners brother and pointed to the same DVD players that were installed in my vehicle and asked how much they would be installed for both sides. His answer? $350-$400 depending on what needed to be done. So in short I was overcharged at least $285.
