Bastet is an Egyptian cat goddess who embodies our vision and values. She is the goddess of dance, togetherness and is a strong protective warrior while also being nurturing and caring. She personified the playfulness, grace, affection, and cunning of a cat as well as the fierce power of a lioness. At Bastet Dance Fitness we strive to help our clients practice these traits and harness the power within themselves!
