I recently bought a pair of sandals but within one hour and less than 100 meters of walking they broke. I attempted to return them but because I declined the shoebox with my purchase it was deemed a final sale. Initially, my request for refund or store credit was declined and the owner advised the shoes would be sent for repair. I purchased the shoes for a trip I was taking in the next 48 hours. I have to compliment the store clerk Kim for working on my behalf with the owner and I did finally receive a full refund. I do love the products at Shoes of Europe. Please take note and always take the shoebox in case you need to return the item.
Only the best quality shoes are carried here. I found the pricing to be reasonable. The shoe expert shared valuable information which helped me come to my final decision. Extensive selection even for my hard to fit size footwear. I feel like I am wearing socks with soles. They fit like a glove and each step is cushioned and supported. Great location surrounded by many other interesting stores to explore!
I wish someone would have told me about the possibility of the plastic toe piece between my toes causing agony... and of course it won't soften because it's plastic, not leather. The owner said that they won't do anything about it exchange - so a $100 pair of Rieker sandals will sit in my closet.
Bought my first pair of shoes last April and wear them every day.They are extremely comfortable and have great support. They have a good selection and staff are helpful and not pushing. I will be back for books soon
