I love all the employees like family, they make you feel safe and they are very gentle. They are all very loving and friendly, they were willing to be in my tiktoks and my YouTube videos. I was so sad when I got my braces off because I knew I wouldn’t see them as often but I recommend everyone to go to Bateman Orthodontics!!!!
Amazing staff & quality care. I did Invisalign with Dr. Bateman. Not only did i finish with an aesthetic smile but also a better functioning one too. He is truly a perfectionist and i couldn’t be happier with my results!
Truly a wonderful experience from the time I met for my first consultation through todays visit. The staff is professional but, equally important to me, they are also caring and compassionate. That coupled with my new smile earns them 5 stars in my opinion.
My experience here has been just great, everyone one here is so nice. Whenever i’m getting my bands changed they are so gentle and careful with me. It’s very quick and easy, it never takes long. When I first got my braces on they were super nice about everything and supportive. The staff are super nice here, they never have an attitude or they are never mean. I even got a cool free shirt when I first started going here!!. I love how they always ask if I have any questions before I leave. This place is super friendly and I totally recommend going here!
Dr. Bateman is a wonderful orthodontist. He is kind, caring, listens well to his patients, makes you feel comfortable, describes the process in a way that is easy to understand, has excellent attention to detail and is just overall a great dr. This is what my son had to say: "Bateman orthodontics is a 5 out of 5 experience. It's superb how kind everyone there is. My Mother is Thankful for how straight forward making an appointment is. it is also very surprising how much care they put into every patient. both my siblings had braces, and they are both very satisfied and happy with how their teeth came out!"

My son had some pretty significant dental issues. Everything from crooked teeth and spaces to an overbite. We tried some other dental practices which were good. However, they didn't seem to fit with my sons personality. Dr Bateman and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and calming. My son was immediately relaxed after meeting Dr Bateman,and was able to make tremendous progress with full braces, and without any anxiety at all. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Bateman to anyone and everyone in need of a first rate orthodontist facility who cares for its patients as much as their teeth. We can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Bateman Orthodontics! The staff is always so kind, they really make my daughter feel welcomed at every visit. They are great at explaining to her the things she needs to do between each visit. They are always accommodating when it comes to scheduling after school appointments. If you are looking for a really great Orthodontist, this is it!!
