AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND COMMS I NEVER GOT ONE REPLY.....UNTIL I TOLD THEM I HAD BOUGHT THE KYLIE JENNER JACKET ALTHOUGH UPON RECEIPT OF THIS,I REALISED IT WAS A POOR FAKE AND COMMUNICATED WITH BATES. OF COURSE THEY GOT STRAIGHT BACK TO ME WANTING THE INFORMATION OF THE SELLER ETC ETC SO I HAPPILY PASSED IT ON. YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT A THANK YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN IN ORDER AND HELP WITH THE US FORM AND ITS LACK OF ADAPTATION FOR AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS. SO , WHAT A RUDE BUNCH OF C--TS BATES LEATHERS ARE AND I WILL BE PLACING THIS SAME REVIEW ON YELP AND TRUST PILOT AS WELL. TYPICAL US TOSSA's WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.
