I am so very glad I gave Bath Community Physicians a try. I have a wonderful practitioner who listens to my concerns, who is very caring and responsive to all of my needs. I see Megan Douglas and I am so happy to have someone who truly cares about me and my many health concerns. I highly recommend her for care.

Kim Rexrode always spends the time with me, and I never feel rushed. She truly cares and goes above and beyond to help her patients. She is friendly, encouraging, caring and likeable.
Jerilyn Wright at Bath County physicians is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to help her patience. Get what they need does not make you feel like you were just another patient she takes her time. And explain things to you and She will help you Whatever problem you are having her staff is allso wonderful
I recently moved from Utah to Virginia. I had to get new care providers. Megan Douglas FNP was able to see me right away. She was thorough and very detailed in her exam. I am very happy to recommend her to anyone !
Kim Rexrode always willing to see you when needed and always helping or making sure you get treated or referred for future evaluation when needed. And also ER department alway ready to help when needed to get to the bottom of what problems your having in a timely manor.
Very professional and personable. Devised a logical plan to deal with my on going medical problems and spent necessary time to explain and best way to implement. I am sorry he will be leaving. He would have been a real accent to Bath Community Hospital.
Excellent ER care today provided by Dr. Benbow, Adele, Gwen and the CT techs. I presented with an excruciating low back injury, the worst pain of my life, and was given prompt and thorough treatment by professionals who are obviously very skilled, dedicated and caring. This exceeded any experience I’ve had at larger community hospitals.
I had my first meet with Jarilyn Wright she made me feel comfortable and felt she really listened. She also had answers to the physical needs I’ve been going through. I thought her being caring also. The staff also professional and kind as well.
I always feel welcomed at BCH. Most importantly I feel the staff that I have had experience with have always been very professional and well informed. We’re also so very happy with Kim Rexrode. We feel we are in very capable hands with her care. We are so fortunate in this beautiful area to have such a great facility that we can rely on!
