Bathurst Airport (New Brunswick)

You have one flight a day , you waited until the plane was about to arrive before you sent out the snow removal , no doubt the plane turned around. Very disappointing for many of Air Canada's passengers. This airport requires much better operations management

Smooth check-in, clean washrooms but bring your own bottle of water. Water fountains are decommissioned due to COVID restrictions. Vending machines available

This airport... small, new renovated, so that’s great. The @AirCanada staff has never, ever made any of my check-ins enjoyable. I have flown around the world in many large airports and expect my hometown airport to be welcoming and warm - aren’t NB people supposed to be like that? Never. Of all the times I have flown out of this airport I’ve always left with anger and frustration. Rather than find ways to help, they use their ‘authority’ over you rather than help you. Perfect example of people who make themselves way more important than they are. @AirCanada, have a hard look at this staff and the complaints you get as this reflects directly on your customer service.

The airport is small,without any service, staff is rude and refused to help. Air canada staff and services was frustrating,rude, and put Newbrunswick friendly reputation to shame.

Airport itself is decent considering the population it provides service to. It’s a small walk out air field. However ... the Air Canada staff employed there were very rude and unhelpful in answering my questions when I was checking in. When possible I will be flying into Moncton and driving up just to not fly Air Canada. That’s how horrible my experience was.

Nice, easy going airport. Don't show up until an hour before your flight, the security process is very efficient. I vastly prefer flying into here instead of Moncton.

Arrive by private flight from Winnipeg on Monday 9th October with an intended departure of Wednesday 11 October. No AVGAS available. Seems to be too much of a bother for CZBF to support GA. To our surprise, we were informed the next day that the airport was closed till Thursday night. What an utter horrible experience with this airport. NEVER AGAIN.

I used the Bathurst Airport for the first time and found everything great with very helpful staff. Airport was recently renovated, bright, new and lots of room inside. It was so much easier to fly out of Bathurst. The airport is a regional one serving campbellton, Miramichi, Bathurst and Acadian Penn.

Awful experience, lady at the counter completely unhelpful. When asked a question about luggage she told us it wasnt her job to provide us with the answer and that we should just look it up ourselves then left and never came back to help us or anyone.

Nothing wrong with the airport itself other that its tiny, but the staff is completely useless and incompetent.
