How does this make sense. They don’t even know how to keep their paying customers happy. No one answers the phone numbers presented.
I got a parking ticket violation despite having paid and displayed the receipt in the dash. Called them, got straight through to a very helpful lady thanks Kristi and resolved the issue within minutes. Mistakes can be made and they really stepped up to rectify. Excellent!
This company must have recently taken over management of the parking lot St.James Episcopal Church uses on 4th Street. There was no sign indicating the need for a permit where I parked, but I was ticketed. I was willing to pay the $20 fee, but when I went online to pay they included a $3 “pay online fee”, so I tried calling instead and there was a $3 “pay by phone” fee. I’ll be paying by check because I don’t want to give them another cent.
I have been falsely accused of parking and not paying. They claim I owe $50 or my car will be booted. No answers the phone ever. Going to the office in person. Very frustrated
Unscrupulous parking lot. I parked in slot 33, paid my five dollars while I went to work at a festival. Came back to my car to find a notice claiming that I parked in slot 32 and that I owe fees. Apparently, they pocketed my money or misread numbers. Will be filing complaint with BBB
