Always have a promo code available. Even without the promo they were cheaper than local auto stores who don’t always do the proper procedure for initial battery charges.
The staff was amazing. I actually didn't use their phone fixing services cause the staff there looked at my progress with my repair and told me i was on the right track. So i took my phone back and was able to fix. By talking with them, i know that the staff are more than capable of fixing my phone, but they helped me save my money instead of making a quick buck.
If Google had a 4.5-star rating, I would have used it. The only reason for a less-than-perfect rating is that I had to take my phone in twice for a repair. Having said that, they did not charge me for the second repair, and I got a brand-new screen out of the deal. They called me when the parts were in and called me several times to let me know when the repair was completed. The communication and customer service are excellent!

Extremely helpful. They tell you what to do and how and help you along the way. They replaced my wife's phone screen in about two hours where Best buy and other stores turned me down. Not these guys. They had parts on hand. They are big enough to handle everything, but small enough to remember your name! 6 stars out of 5!
Battery replacement on my phone was done in about half an hour. I was lucky that they had the battery for my phone in stock so I didn't have to wait for parts to come in. Great staffs and service.
