I had a warranty replacement handled by Jared initially by phone and Bliss in store and installation. Both were beyond excellent. I did not originally purchase the battery at this location, but I was treated like I was their long term best customer. HIGHLY recommend this location and would go out of my way to give them my business.
All three motorcycle batteries I purchased had bolts long enough to reach the nuts without issue. It's a little thing my previous batteries did not have that made installation a little more difficult. Service was friendly and prompt and my items were all in stock and available for immediate pickup.
Last year we needed a battery and we went to Batteries plus bulbs, met an extremely nice sales associate whom sold us a 12v marine battery for our pontoon, sadly we started experiencing issues with our battery about a month ago, but we unable to make it to the store, with all the current commotion and craziness we figured we'd wait for a better time. We took the battery to Auto Zone whom ran a test and offered to hold it overnight for a test charge, being we had bought it a year ago I opted to take it back to the store we purchased it from. We then had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what appeared to be a disgruntled female employee who took a tester out said the battery was bad and that there was nothing she would do for us, she said I was 20 days past the warranty period and that nothing could be done, I explained that with everything going on we just couldn't have made it any sooner and her response was " covid has nothing to do with the battery thus she couldn't do anything" . I called their corporate office immediately spoke with a friendlier individual whom actually informed me that the store was franchised and that the associate should have offered to recondition the battery or at least been a bit more helpful, but in the end it was up to the individual store manager and since it was a franchise, they had to stand by policy. I felt compelled to write this review to inform shoppers that this company may seem helpful when your going to make a purchase but will not be of any assistance in if something goes wrong. I would recommend making purchases with companies you know will help you in the future. The funny thing about this was that I was also looking to purchase 4 new batteries for our golfcarts, but they fortunately showed their true colors before I made the mistake of purchasing anything else from them. update: the batteries plus phone number was removed conveniently covering a 2016 date
Had one of the X2Power batteries fail on me first problem I’ve had in 10 years and 7 batteries for multiple applications that I bought back in March. I walked in, was greeted promptly, battery was checked out, I provided my purchase number and I exchanged for a new battery. In and out in 5 minutes. Well done!
Ordered & paid for 2 Duracell Ultra 12v, for system backup. Invoice confirmed. Sent someone driving an hour to pick them up. Received Power Sonic instead, with claims that it was the same, just relabeled. If I'd wanted Power Sonic, I would have bought Power Sonic for half the price.
Fast, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Great price! This was our first time in this store. The price was good for our golf cart batteries. Several other places didn't have them in stock. We ordered and paid thru the website with a 10% discount!, then drove to the store and they were ready to go! Simply and fast!
The website was easy to use and work my way through. The staff at the store were amazing. Everyone was helpful and so kind. The manager installed my battery and made sure to have me start my car to verify that it worked. There was a glitch on the back end of my online order but they worked their way through it with no bother to me. I definitely recommend the Temecula Batteries Plus Bulbs for all of your battery needs.
My phone's camera lens needed a repair, so I brought it in to this shop. I was helped by Eden and they were so kind! It did take some time for the part to come in, but the price was too good that I didn't mind waiting. Hopefully, I don't break my phone again, but I would definitely come here if I did! Thanks Eden for your help!
Employee claims they don’t do electronic recycling, when on their websites main page it clearly states that they do.
Jared was very helpful. I had my key copied for my Toyota . He was quick , friendly and competent. I will come back next time I need a key made . Less than half price than other locksmiths quoted me .
