The Beaumont tx store only had one of the two batteries I ordered. They went to another store and picked up the second battery I needed. Dewain was very nice and help full when I picked up my batteries. I have cancer and cannot lift very heavy things so he loaded the batteries in my truck for me.

I went into Batteries Plus Bulbs with my phone slightly cracked as seen in the second picture, but no other issues with it. The cracked glass was just annoying me. When I got my cracked screen repaired I was not happy with the color the new panel was providing so I called the technician and he said that he could replace the new screen with my old cracked one "no problem." Fast forward to today where I have the screen shown in the first photo and video. The technician did not tell me when I called him on the phone numerous times that he had, in fact, broken MY LCD. So, without telling me of this, he opted to go with an "equally broken" screen from someone else. As you can see in the attachments my phone after the repair is not better off than when I originally brought it in, it is in much worse condition. The technician said "that corporate won't allow" him to do anything to further solve my situation. I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience and will warn others against coming here.  EDIT: I finally got my phone fixed. Not by batteries plus of course! Because screw batteries plus!

I scheduled an appointment to change my car battery for noon and they told me the guy who changes batteries wouldn’t be there until 1. I had to wait for an hour because my car had died and I needed a new battery. Waste of my time

Had my screen on my Galaxy S-21 replaced   it was expensive but they do quality work and it took less than 2 hrs.

I didn't get the privilege of meeting the young man who took the time to get my junk 50$  scooter back on the road again but my husband couldn't say enough positive things about him. He took time on a Sunday morning to help my husband not only find the right battery's but installed them free just because he said he enjoyed doing it. I am really sorry but my husband couldn't recall his name but I just wanted to say that we think that he is definitely a great  assett to the company and Thank you for going the extra mile. We will always be returning customers but next time we will get the name right and I will update this review. Great guy Great business! Thank you!

Couldn’t find Batteries for truck ! They had it ! For my phone they had it ! Check it out !

Fantastic selection of batteries...any kind you need...great prices with discounts with multiple purchases.  Cell phone battery was replaced in 30 minutes for about $70.00.  Phone company wanted to charge me to ship it off and take about two to three days.  Phone battery was replaced...no lost of data...and advice was given on how to prolong the use of the battery.  Extra car FOBs made for half the price of the dealer.  FOBs battery changed out for half the of the dealer...but if you pay the same as the dealer price its guaranteed for next replacement to be free whenever you find a Battery Plus store anywhere in the United States of America.  You cant beat these guys for the service, price and advice!

The employee was overwhelmed with customers, but still made time to install my wife's auto battery. He made time to make sure it was right. Very pleasant to deal with.
