I brought my watch in to get my battery replaced. Unfortunately the stem was broken during this procedure. When I brought the watch back I expected a hassle trying to get them to fix the watch they broke. Couldn’t be further from the fact. The folks at the store fully accepted responsibility and sent my watch out for repair. A week later and I’m back in business! Although no one wants to deal with this kind of issue. The stores accepting of there responsibility was a breath of fresh air. These folks were all friendly and above all else honest.
They replaced my 8 year old phone battery. The phone store only wanted to sell me a new phone. It was ready in an hour and works great!
!!!PLEASE READ!!! This Manchester bulbs and battery is a waste of money and time. I went to get my iPhone 8 Plus screen fixed and when I went in to grab it, the person working the front said he has a couple screws left and it will be 5 mins. He came out with my phone less than minute in. Great so I pay and leave. I was at work and my phone dropped no cracks or anything BUT my phone went black. So I’m thinking battery is dead. I go to CITIFIX and he tells me the person who fixed ur screen left screws lose, a piece he showed me was not connected to anything. He ALSO told me I’m lucky it didn’t spark because it wasn’t put together right. I don’t know if this employee don’t get paid enough but the short guy always rushes. What also was a red flag was he asked for my iPhone password the first time I came, and you do not need it for anything just to fix a screen? Weirdo. So if you plan on getting ur iPhone fixed here I suggest you go to CITIFIX he is amazing, takes his time, and so much cheaper!
I brought my phone in looking to replace my USB drive after asurion mentioned that needed to be done for 150 dollars. The guy who was there was super helpful and was able to fix my problem free of charge, without a replacement. Easily 5 stars having come from two Asurion branches who both requested I needed to replace the drive for 150 dollars and did not have the parts to begin with. Not sure who the guy was in the back, but kudos to you for efficiently handling the problem while being customer friendly and supportive.
The guys at the store were very friendly and willing to help unload old and load new 6 volt deep cycle RV batteries. They all wore masks and stayed a safe distance per Covid guide lines. I started with a call to the store to get recommendations for replacement RV batteries and once I knew what I was going to purchase the sales man recommended that I order on-line to save 10%. The online process was fast and easy and the order was ready about in about five minutes. The pick up process required going into the store to complete the transaction and get my core deposit back from my old batteries. Then drive around back to the loading door. Very happy with the service from Batteries Plus and the staff in Manchester store.
I needed a very specific battery for a PLC. I couldn't find it anywhere until I looked at Batteries Plus' website. They had exactly the one specified by the manufacturer. Awesome!
Great service great help and knowledgeable the whole crew is friendly. Had a new a battery installed into my cellphone works great. Have had purchased several camera batteries two were replace free of charge. I will continue to support this store.
Made an appointment online to get my battery replaced and installed. Showed up and the installation guy was not present. Manny helped diagnose the problem I was having with my battery and cleaned the terminals to my car battery. I appreciate that, excellent service from this shop!
Hours on Google and Store are not accurate - arrived at 7:53PM to all the lights out and door locked. To think I was about to drop $400.00 on some truck batteries.... glad autoparts store has what I need and are open until 9PMand actually 9PM not any earlier do they lock-up and leave
Have purchased car batteries from Batteries Plus Bulbs for several years with no problems until now! My current battery is less that a year old and will not hold a charge after stopping by to see if they would check it. They said it would have to be removed to so I removed it and brought it in, they took it in back and several customers came and went as I waited when I asked what was the problem they said we have to charge it and said that would take about a hour he did not say that before I removed it. The attitude was stark like I was making him work I told him to give the battery back I then installed it back in my car. I will not ever purchase another product with that store again. If I want a bad experience I can get that at Walmart and pay much less.
