The staff were courteous, friendly, and respectful. The notified us early concerning a repair part not available, I had selected the wrong screen repair but they were able to repair both phones. We were pleased with the results and recommend their service to anyone needing phone repair
My wife purchased a battery for out zero turn mower from Batteries Plus Waco. After 4 months of use, the battery quit holding a charge. We had to get our mower serviced anyhow, so we had them check the charging system and it was fine. Upon returning the battery under warranty, the representative in the store said " yes the battery is under warranty, however, there is a mark on the bottom and we consider that damage and will not honor the warranty." My wife pointed out that the battery was retained in the mower and obviously now considered a used battery that will not hold a charge. The rep dug his heels in the ground and refused to warranty the battery. So be it then. Loss of another customer and loss of people associated with the customer. With all the choices in todays society, we no longer need you not that you even care. Your anti sales and anti retention team are doing a great job!!!!
John was super helpful today. I was so frustrated when my car wouldn’t start this morning. A neighbor gave me a jump and told me to go to batteries plus. He tested my battery, showed me why it needed to be replaced, and helped me pick a new one. He installed my new battery, got rid of my old one, and even cleaned leaves out from under my hood that could cause corrosion or fire. Will def be recommending this spot for battery needs!
Terrible experience. I was about to have an iPhone screen replaced at $200 ugh with them, but wanted to check with ATT to see if under warranty 1st. Took a bit to make my phone call, but as soon as I told them it was under warranty, and I didn’t need the repair with them, they asked me to leave while I was on the phone with ATT. At least he started with Don’t mean this to sound rude... Well buddy if u start a sentence that way…guess what!? Lol Didn’t want me sitting at their table for customers. Well they just lost a customer for life that had done 3 previous repairs with them. Some people don’t understand how to run a business!!
Michael who helped us from Waco, in the Corpus Christi store, rocked the show! As a manager myself, I’d be beyond proud to have Michael on my team. His customer service and dedication to the business stand out. He helped us get our core fee refunds from out of town orders. Almost an hour of his time with our complex order, but he was determined to help us. I could say so much more. Stellar customer service is lacking these days. Thank you Michael!
