These are their hours. We called ahead, asked if it was in stock, and ordered the battery online. All between 7:25 and 7:35 pm. We arrived for pick up before 7:50 and the sign was off and no one answered when we knocked or called. If the store closed at 7:30 the sign should say so. It should also be online. These new extended hours are very interesting.
Ordered online, used coupon that I received in email. Stopped by the store & was out in minutes.
Absolutely the worse service ever!! They took my cracked phone to repair and damaged it completely!! Then demanded I didn’t tell them my camera wasn’t working and it would cost me more to repair. My phone was completely operating when I left it with them. Just wanted a cracked screen repaired. I will never visit this store ever again!!! Beware!!!
So I have a 2020 Versa and it’s hard finding a battery. I called everywhere. Once I got to Batteries Plus Victor didn’t waste time coming to my rescue. It was raining cats and dogs and he was patient and helpful. I got my new battery and I’m very happy with his services. Thanks again Victor!!!
I scheduled an appointment at 4:30 to have my battery replaced which was Tuesday of last week. After I arrived to the store I called to let them know I was outside, in which they told me the person was working on something and would be right out with me. After 10-15 minutes or so she finally came out there and asked what’s the problem with the phone, asked me a couple of questions and had me right my signature. The lady told me it would take 30 minutes or so and then my phone would be out with me, which was fine so I waited. After those 30 minutes were over she came back out with the phone and had me pay for it. I checked out the phone and notice the home button was working properly so I called them back and told them, she came back out and told me they were going to fix it so we waited for a hour or so before she came back, but once again the home button wasn’t working. After another hour or so another lady came back and said that my phone was no longer turning on, but the battery was getting hot. She said she thinks it was more than just the battery, but since it was in that care that they would replace the phone. They also gave me an iPhone 6 to use until my phone was to come in. A week later they called and let me know that everything was there and I could pick up my phone, I picked up the phone and when I arrived home I checked everything out because the phone was dead when I got it back. I gave them and iPhone 7 with 128 GB of storage and it was replaced with an IPhone 7 as well, but only with 32 GB. I don’t want an upgrade or anything, I just want something that’s as equal as what I gave them. I have lost photos and contacts and other things that cannot be replaced. Update it’s been about 3 weeks and I’ve called multiple Tim’s and still have yet to hear from anyone 5/17/20

These folks put a screen on the phone for me and with in a month there was lines in the screen not from the glass. The lady there named queen was very rude and said it was dropped... it wasn’t and there wasn’t a Crack or Even a Scratch on the screen. the lines were coming from under in the glass. I called the Corporate office email them the video the phone. And the lady said she would have the owner call me back. No one called me and I’ve called back several times to corporate and they were not return my call. I wouldn’t Recommend anyone doing business with them.i wish I could ad a pic and video of the phone so everyone could see. They are bad to do business with. I had the phone fixed at a place on bass rd and they were nice and cheaper. They had to replace the screen under the glass.
