Its a beautiful place for a walk, let it be anytime of the day. The view of mountains is amazing. My dog loves it since it's vast and all lushy. Perfect place for a weekend picnic. The only drawback is that the restrooms are not functional, so better come prepared
It's serene and beautiful with lots of trees that provide nice shades on the August Summer day when we were there. It has a great view of Lake Champlain and a historical landmarks.
Under construction at the main look out. Trees grown up into view . Nice playground.
Views and sunsets here are amazing! Decent size playgrounds and benches for picnics here. 98% of the time this park feels safe and friendly but sometimes very early am or late there’s some sketchy energy. It is right next to Burlington police dpt though.
Due to the high elevation, one of the best places to watch a sunset in Burlington. There's a band shell which hosts occasional concerts by the Burlington Concert Band.
Quiet, plenty of shade, beautiful views
Very pretty park, has some men that are there every day in the center... so the vibes feel weird unless your near the pd for the kids park. OUTLETS DO NOT WORK!!! Playground: Cute playground
Interesting park. Not much there other than a view and a small park. The view is pretty amazing though.
As usual fantastic views and a feeling and a deep feeling of history. Friendly tourist curiously inquire about local attractions and locals chatting with it up have lots to say. Having gone no wear, it's good to be back home.
First time downtown in a while since covid really. Still dont feel totally safe downtown and the same liw lifes always hanging around the benches in the middle and people getting drunk . Only went there to give the little 1 a different view and def not a place i want my kid going to again. Thought it would have been better seeing how its next to the pd and instead it seems worse. Was going to give 1 star but gave 2 seeing how it brought back childhood nemories with some of the same statues and landmarks as well as the view. It only takes 1 to ruin it for the rest and in this case its a group at this park. Playground: Had a guy on the bench not far away passed out with an open container on the ground. Go there to have fun with my kid and should not have to be worried about going downtown especially at a park right next to a police station.
