Thank you.Spa World now has 2 locations to serve you: Schoolcraft and Battle Creek. We are the Jacuzzi Hot Tub Dealer in Schoolcraft and the Jacuzzi Hot Tub and HotSpring Spas Dealer in Battle Creek and are family owned. Why is that exciting? It means we focus solely on selling spas, which means you are important to us! We deliver all 4 seasons, and we service what we sell, even after your warranty expires. That's important as your Warranty is tied to the Dealer. Most places don't service their own spas in or after warranty. Don't make that mistake."

We are in Quincy, MI. We weren't sure where to purchase a hot tub and read so many great things about this company. It is all true! It was worth the drive. The staff is so professional and helpful and treated us with respect and were very friendly. When the service team brought out our new spa, we were amazed at their professionalism. After the sale, they walked us through any questions. We went to their Battle Creek store and everyone there was very helpful! Don't go anywhere else for your hot tub and your products. It has been 3 months and I enjoy the “ bubble” every morning!
I had my daughter stop by to get a replacement filter for a hot tub that we had purchased from them. The front desk lady was rude and had misinformation about maintenance on a hot tub. This was not the first time that this has happened to my family. Never will recommend or use them in the future
Spa World has taken very good care of all our Hot Springs needs! Barry & staff are such a pleasure to work with! Our tub acquired a leak while under warranty. The service we received was exceptional! After doing all that they were able to do, to fix the leak, it still leaked. Without our acknowledgment, Barry went above and beyond our expectations, and insisted Hot Springs needed to make things right with us. Two weeks ago we were blessed with a beautiful new replacement tub! We will forever do business with Spa World and you should too!
Purchased a home that came with a hot tub. Not knowing much about them, I've been coming here for supplies and advice for some months now. Amazing place ran by amazing people. Great customer service, great products, great prices and just great overall experience everytime. Highly recommend!
Five years ago I bought my Hot Springs Spa here. Since then they have merged with Spa World and continue to have excellent customer service and expertise. Chad in service has been excellent at communicating with me during several issues I've had with my spa recently. Lucky for me it was still under warranty and he let me know because I had no idea. They have been a pleasure to work with and know what they are doing. I am so pleased with the work they have done and how I have felt taken care of by everyone that I have been in contact with in both locations Battle Creek, and Schoolcraft. Purchasing or servicing, you wont go wrong with Spa World. You can be confident.

Angie was a dream to work with. She was so kind and very helpful. Despite some communication issues with delivery team, my family is enjoying our new tub. Feels great to know help is right there when we need it and that our spa has a 5 year warranty. Go see Angie. She’s a ray of sunshine.
Bought a Hot Springs 5-person tub in 2015, based on awesome insulation and good reviews. Barry and Bruce were summoned for a in-foam leak 8-2019 and they put 3 hard hot days work into locating the leak, repairing it and injecting foam back into the tub to make it good as new. Yes, it was a warranty repair, but the positive, friendly attitude made me feel like a valued customer, not someone with a problem. The tub faces West and even with the best care, vinyl gets tired in the sun. I called Angie at the BC store and she went the extra mile to verify just which cover I needed and got it ordered. Chad at the Schoolcraft store offered to have it shipped there, closer to my home, but instead, they will install it, do I know it'll be done right. SOOOO nice to see teamwork in small business and with a hot tub, I really WANTED backup service, when and if needed, not a "close out at a big box store" with no clue how I'd get parts or help if I need it. If you are thinking about easing your aches and pains, go see these people!
Wonderful customer service and products! We have had a spa for years and went to one of those pool/ spa stores and were not treated nearly as well, and realized when I went to Spa World that the chemicals were not appropriate for a hot tub. Spa World not only has the spa expertise and quality spas and chemicals that you need, the staff is so warm and welcoming! I would recommend Spa World to everyone!
Since this place has new owners, the service is horrible. They will run this business into the ground. They were really good with the previous owners.What a shame. They used to be really good. If I could give zero stars I would. Our business will be going elsewhere. They do not keep needed chemicals to in stock. We use bromine and they had us using chlorine test strips. No wonder our hot tub is screwed up
