James & his crew are top notch! I've used them for computer builds, repairs & upgrades. In addition they've also repaired a few cellphone screens for me! They've never disappointed. Strongly recommend them!
My 5 year old cracked his iPad pretty bad to where it was glitching. I came here for my first time. They educated me on what screen protector to get and case and case size! When we picked it up, we unfortunately saw that the home button was not working and screen was still glitching, but even after a WEEK, of me being too scared to call, I received a check up email and decided to tell them what was wrong. They told me to bring it in as soon as I can. They repaired it PERFECTLY without charging me again. Mistakes happen and we were not upset, I was super grateful of them for taking the iPad back into their hands and fixing the problem again! High recommend! And soooooo very affordable!
Dell sold me software to transfer data from my old computer to my new Dell computer. They said they would take care of the transfer. When I called they said this was something I need to do with both old and new computers. In desperation I went to Battleground down the road. They said they could send someone the same day. The Battleground person got onto my computers and transferred all my old data to my new computer in a couple of hours. It was great. I greatly recommend subscribing to Battleground Monthly Support. It is worth every cent.
Great service, professional staff. My laptop needed new speakers. They installed them in no time, it was alot cheaper than getting a new laptop.
Love, love, love this place! We feel completely comfortable with our kids going there. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and responsible. When you do business with them you can tell it's a mom and pop, brick front store thats giving it their 100% to make their customers and community happy. Ps, great for birthday parties! Our son had his there and they did not disappointed.
Had amazing experience the worker sho was more the honest. Did not upsell me on anything. Use to game stoped for a wile he fixed everything my old gamer rig and was a pleasure talking with him. Definitely they have a repeat customer from me and fair pricing

I don’t have any words except AWESOME AMAZING PERFECT PROMPT FAST RELIABLE AND SPECTACULAR! I wanted to purchase a fortnite gaming pc for my sons birthday. I scoured the internet and the prices were ridiculous and I still couldn’t get the configuration I wanted. I went to Battlegrounds with a piece of paper and far too many expectations. THEY MET THEM ALL. They custom built the P.C. and saved me the trouble of having to get the all the accessories. The chair, monitors, mounts, webcam, mic, headsets EVERYTHING. Then after I thought about it, I realized I needed in home setup and they had me covered! Their pricing was far more competitive than everywhere on the net! James followed covid protocols and made sure everything was setup and running perfectly. My son was stunned and overwhelmingly happy!
I went there Monday with my boyfriend and it was my 1st time ive ever been there and we dropped off my computer to have its parts swapped into a new casing that they sell and i have to say for the first time coming here i am blown away! The computer is great and the casing looks RAD!. Its good to know that there is a place to come to that can fix/build pcs and also fix gaming consoles, phones and so much more. Thank you so much! My boyfriend and i appreciate the service you have provided
