Here’s how our membership works:
In a supportive and monitored environment, styled to the tastes of our members (no crowds or loud music), we will guide you through three 30-minute sessions, to fine-tune a program to your specific exercise needs. Using movements that increase muscle strength and flexibility, the smart machines in our gym protect your joints and enhance balance and coordination. Our strength machines utilize air resistance, not big clanking weights, and our bidirectional aerobic equipment is the best and safest in the world.
Our specialized exercise programs address the needs of each individual and are beneficial for Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Post Rehabilitation, and Stroke. We use specific exercise apparatus designed by SCIFIT and Keiser fitness equipment. A combination of aerobic, muscular endurance, bidirectional resistance, and absolute strength using closed chain, compound movements chosen to recruit the most muscle mass while protecting the spine, hips, knees, and shoulders.
