We visit there during the Halloween weekend there and it was fantastic!
Great place to spend the summer. Friendly people, gated community, w/e entertainment, lake for swimming and boating, golf carts allowed and more. Places for sale and rent. Convienent shopping. Close to major roads and highways. *****

Public boat ramp is good, they need trash cans and a few picnic tables
