Bay and Goodman Pizza

First time ordering from this location. I ordered a cheeseburger plate and onion rings around 4pm on a Saturday. Mac and homefries, no mustard, onion rings well done. I'm normally not a complainer, but my food was so disappointing! First, I got 6 little onion rings, not at all well done. They were soggy and white. Second, I got so little mac salad that I could still see the bottom of the container. Finally, instead of no mustard, the plate came dry. No ketchup, onions or meat sauce. What kind of plate is that? To their credit, I called to let the manager know the kitchen was blowing it, and he apologized and offered to have it remade.

The food is decent but not worth the wait. Last order I placed for food was at 9:04pm Saturday, didn't get it until 11 at night. This is the fifth time I've ordered from Bay Goodman, and each time there was a long delay in getting my food. The second time I ordered at night I called ahead for pickup. After being told the food should be ready in 20 minutes, I showed up 25 minutes later. When I got to the restaurant, there was only one other couple with an order ahead of me. I waited 5 minutes for them to get their food and leave before being told that the wait would be another 20 minutes because my pizzas were not even made yet.

Unfortunately delivery took over an hour and a half. I could have walked to the location, eaten, and walked back before this was delivered. French fries were $5.50 and completely soggy a total rip of in comparison to other delivery joints around. I will not be ordering from here again.

We went in for a pie but we were super underwhelmed. It was $15 for a small pizza that we could barely split between 4 people. I could have gotten papa johns and been more satisfied. I can't bring myself to come back.
