Love this daycare! My daughter has been attending since 5 weeks old she’s now about to be 5yrs. She’s always loved going to school to see her teachers. Any issues I’ve ever had if any were addressed right away. Our soon to be newborns will also be attending soon. Would recommend this daycare to anyone.
My baby girl has been going since she’s was about 4 months , love the staff they notify me asap if anything is wrong with my baby , now my 3 year old daughter attends there and she loves it goes in happy comes out happy always in a good mood when I pick them up !! I don’t ever have problems with them at alll !!!

My son has been going here since he was 3 months old. I have never worried about him or his well being with the staff. My son went through the typical phases any child does, but they coached me through it and assured me it was just a phase. I can’t praise them enough for helping shape and mentor my boy. We definitely wouldn’t be where we are without them.
My daughter has been attending this daycare for over a year. No complaints, everyone has been great!
The staff at Bay Area take such good care of our sweet girl. Every morning she is so excited to get to school and see the staff there, the communication is great even if it is something small that is going on with your child. We couldn't have picked a better place to put her. We are so grateful for everyone there and the care they provide her.
When I arrived to pick up my 18 month old daughter from her first day of day care. The teacher said she was in "time out" for not listening. As I walked over to my daughter, the teacher basically had her trapped in a corner behind some cabinets. As I picked her up, she was crying and her face was covered in nasal mucus. It was literally all over her cheeks, nose, and mouth! That no one obviously cared to wipe off! The most upsetting part was when I removed my daughters top for her bath later that evening, I noticed several different marks on my daughter. Obvious hand printed marks of being forcefully grabbed! Mind you, my daughter is developmentally delayed! She has both speech and hearing impairment. You can call her name several times, but she can not hear, nor can she acknowledge the fact that she is being called on! She hardly acknowledges those around her! She does not know right from wrong! I can only imagine how her teacher forcefully placed her in “time out” and how my daughter would respond to a women grabbing her and cornering her behind cabinets, when she isn’t even aware of what is happening! The next day, I spoke to the daycare about the situation. The daycare said they would look into the cameras and take care of the situation. Two days later, as I arrived earlier then usual for my daughter, I come to find the same teacher again! I was furious! The daycare literally did nothing to the teacher responsible! Then they threatened to have me removed from the daycare for being upset and speaking my mind! My daughter was in the 18 months-24 months class! Please do not take your children here!!! I would hate for this woman to put her hands on another child and for the daycare not to do anything about it and have her get away with it again! And as per the reviews, it looks like this is happening to more children!!! This is not okay! I reported the day care and found out there had been several others who have made complaints/reports against the day care as well. I removed my daughter from the daycare immediately! If you can not have patience with children, why in the world would you work at a daycare, especially with toddlers!!! Also, I have tried uploading the photos of the hand printed marks left on my daughter!! But for some odd reason, they aren’t showing up.
I am very pleased and satisfied with the attention and care my toddler is getting at this daycare facility. This has been one of the best day cares i have ever put my daughter in. We've had several bad experiences at other day cares previously, but when i placed her in this one, she fell in love with the atmosphere and staff! I am a parent that is very picky and strict on how daycares run and treat my babygirl; but this facility has never disappointed me until this day. My Daughter gets off the car and waves " Bye Mom, i going to school" and walks in happy ever morning and walks out in the evening very content with what she learned. Thank you BayArea for taking care of my little beauty queen!
-5 Stars if I was able to rate this place. Like others have said, they advertise CCTV advertisement, but it is not true. My child was abused here by an employee and they clearly got away with it. When confronted no one could give us answers. The place looked unclean at all times my son came home dirty every day, and at the time my baby was only 4 months old and they place the babies in these beds that look like prison cages. My son is the sweetest and calmest baby you would meet, so why he was singled out as the one to be abused, I am not sure. I never could get a clear answer as to what really happened. The daycare tried to claim that I had brought my child in with all the bruises and cuts on him, funny thing is that I had pictures of how he would come home to me after being in their care. He encountered a bite mark at one point an adult bite mark which they wrote off as "another toddler must have bit him," he came home with cuts on his little tiny feet at least three different times, and one time came home with a red mark that went across his foot that almost looked as if someone had slapped his foot with a ruler. I finally had to remove him, I could not stand him being there anymore, I truly believe that the Lord had his hedge of protection over my son and kept him safe and that is the ONLY reason further harm did not come to him. Do take your child here!!
Wow so disappointed in my daycare! Yesterday my husband walked in on a worker pulling my 1 year olds hair! Of course like any parent he confronted the teacher she immediately denied it.He talked to the owner and said we would look at the video in the morning. I immediately started questing my other children if anyone is mean to them at daycare without prompting him my five year old told me the same teacher hurts his wrist because she squeezes it really tight! How would a five year old know that and was able to show me himself if me and his dad have never done that to him. We go to look at the video this morning and because my daughter was out of frame of the video they refuse to do anything to the teacher. They told us the best they could do is move the teacher to another facility of course I'm angry if this is happening to my children I know they can not be the only ones why would I want her working with any children! So today when we show up they said the teacher would not be watching any of my children I'm uncomfortable with it immediately even though they said she would be gone the same day but I had to work, so I had my husband check on them every couple of hours to randomly pop in on them. Mind you I had loved the daycare prior to this I should have known with the amount of licensing calls I received asking me if I had any problems with the teachers and my children. So fast forward to today I receive a phone call from the daycare saying they will no longer be providing services for my children because my husband made them uncomfortable by showing up today and they just couldn't make him happy. So this is what happens when you walk in on someone assaulting your child and report it to the owner. Thanks Bay Area Child development center! That's fine this isn't the last of this momma I can guarantee you that.
