This has to be one of the best car washes in the area. I purchased the VIP so alls I have to do is pull into wash every time I go. The was is good and gets my truck really clean. They have really done an excellent job of updating this location. They now have mat washers, high air pressure lines to blow out all the water in your side view mirrors and also used inside the vehicle to clean tight crevices and air vents. Vacuum lines in both sides of car, and window cleaner, and dry towels. All these extra items are all included in the price of the wash
It got my car nice and clean. Vacuum worked well. Got a lot of bugs off the front that have been there for a while. Rims didn't get too clean but definitely got a few layers of yuck off of them.
Took my car to get it washed, and the pay screen asked if I wanted to leave a tip... For what? The 18 year old kid that sprayed the front of my car with some bug remover that didn't work??? It's not like they provide a service that goes above and beyond what they're paid to do. They didn't vacuum my car or whipe my car down after it came out of the wash. All they do is make sure the car wheels are lined up to the track. Why would I tip them? This whole tipping thing is getting out of hand.
Car wash is great. Washes car very well. Would be 5 stars but they do not have window cleaner or mat or rug clean machines. Price is a good deal
You be the Judge There was couple brush no working and this is what happens and all they have to said is the there carwash is not designed to clean grease that if I wanted to clean it I have to do it by hand after there machine was the reason I got grease all over my car
No towels and super basic service. They lost my business to Total Package car wash right down the street. It’s not that hard to keep up with customer demands but it is with this company.
Terrible car wash!!! Just purchased a premium wash, not knowing that the spinners on the right and tire cleaners were not working. Went to the manager to request a refund and the manager basically said, "Oh well". How they continue to allow folks to pay without notifying anyone that the machine is broken and not willing to offer any type of reimbursement OR apology is unacceptable!! Will never come back unless it's to get my money back!
Used to be decent and had a towel cart, but today no towels anywhere to be found. Idk if someone forgot, didn't care, or they're gone altogether. I saw an elderly lady trying to wipe down her mirrors with napkins she had in her car. Just going to keep going down the street to the other car wash; they have towels, window spray bottles and vacuums for each side of your car at EVERY station same price. I only came here today because this place was open earlier, but never again.
Monthly subscription is no longer worth it! No more Towels or window cleaner.... vacs work well and an air hose for all those nooks and crannies! Pre-prep area could use a brush with a long handle for bug spots!
