All the good reviews for this facility is from staff members because management forces them to leave good reviews because they know the facility is way beyond unprofessional, unsanitary, and neglectful I would not recommend this facility to an animal as the care here is so terrible it’s honestly sad I really feel bad for the ones who have to call it home. It’s hard for them to keep staff and residents because it’s so janky and unprofessional , management only cares about their money. They could care less if a resident died today and even let residents pass knowing they were declining instead of contacting family or sending to a hospital They don’t have good hearts at all or the hearts to be in this field to care for your love ones its all about money with them. They band family members who are “too concerned” cause they know they go against guidelines and don’t provide proper care They will even leave one person to run the whole facility by them selfs. These problems have been brought to corporates attention multiple times but The main supervisor who runs the facility and does payroll is in a relationship with the owner which makes it hard to go to “corporate” because they are all tied in with each other if you have a family member here please transfer them to a better home I’m sure they would appreciate it this isn’t a good place for anybody honestly , for an employee or a resident it needs to be shut down immediately by far the worst home I ever worked for! I couldn’t continue to work for them knowing how they treat the residents I just couldn’t make myself part of such a harmful and neglectful environment and knowing I couldn’t do anything about it besides provide the best care during my 8 hour shift I loved every single resident there and sometimes it made it hard to leave work knowing I wasn’t there to care for them until I was fired for unknown reasons after continuing to go to corporate and calling state.

If you are thinking of bringing your loved one here.....DONT! They will be neglected, abused verbally and physically and if you have a family member already in the facility GET THEM OUT or private message me for information. I quit working here because of the management ignoring the reports of abuse I was reporting and punishing the residents for telling me they were being abused. Elyse who runs the facility is the one who will ignore the reports of neglect and abuse and you can't even report her because she's married to "corporate." This place needs to be shut down and I will do everything in my power to help these poor people that love here

Great facility!!! Very clean and a warm atmosphere. The staff are caring and take great care of the residents. The residents are engaged in activities when we visit and enjoy the entertainment.

This facility shows love, concern and true care to their residents. My Aunt was here and had lots of ups and downs and was always treated with tenderness and concern.. Wonderful place and staff!

Please visit their Facebook page and read the reviews!! All sorts of people: past employees, family of residents, and past supervisors And management coming forward and exposing neglect and abuse happening in this home that had been reported to And ignored by the state. Also, the people running their page on Facebook delete the comments from people to cover it up Make sure you look into this home before choosing to send a loved one there to be "cared" for.

I absolutely love Comfort Care. I started working there as a kitchen assistant, after less than 2 months, I transitioned to be a caregiver and love it even more! I know for a fact, our residents get the best care humanly possible, I absolutely love being part of this organization!

Bay City Comfort Care is a very nice place. From the cleanliness of the facility to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend the facility to any of my family .

These reviews are extremely sad. And all who are abusing these residents, just remember you'll too be in that situation one day. And I hope you receive the same treatment. You all should be ashamed. Karama will get every single one of you. Shut this place down ASAP!

I can't believe they have a 4 star rating. Has anyone actually been in this building? Do you even employ housekeeping? It's filthy! The residents care, especially in memory care is despicable. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I guarantee the owner would never allow his mother to live like this. Fix your business...these are human beings not just a paycheck.

It's clean, organized, management makes their residents a priority, everyone at the facility does their hardest to go up and beyond.
