This place had the BEST park manager Gordon. He will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. This guy is a true people person! I'm pretty sure he works 24/7 lol Any time of the day or night he is on it whatever you need... Great guy, excellent customer service!!!
We have been here a week. It is a clean and well maintained park. The on-site laundry is great and very convenient. Gordon is the park manager and is a very helpful and kind person. We had an issue with our breaker and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes of us notifying him. Best management we’ve had in an RV park. Highly recommend staying at this location if you are in Bay City! Wish we could stay longer.
I stayed here while working for bout 6 months. The manager, Gordon, is possibly one of the most easy-going guys I've met. He is really good at looking out for you so you don't forget when rent is due and he seems to make himself available moreso than any other park manager I've seen. All in all, this was a really quiet and enjoyable place to stay. No crime and no drama. If I ever work out there again I will definitely be looking to see if this place has a vacant lot.
Short Version: They don't honor reservations even when you call a month ahead and leave them and a hundred dollar deposit. Then they will threaten to tow your RV and sue you for stealing their utilities if you question them about it. Long Version: I had a job down at a chemical plant in Bay City. I called this place and made a reservation for a month. The owner said I had to leave a deposit, so I did. I called a few days ahead of the reservation and asked if I could come in two days early 4-17-19 instead of 4-19-19. They didn't have a problem with it, but when I got there, they didn't have an available RV spot for me. Instead, they took me over to an old run down trailer park down the street. The spot they wanted me to use was a small grassy yard between two trashy trailers where the water didn't work and the sewer lines weren't even buried, and the neighbor's bull dog barks at everything that moves. They said it was only going to be until my original reservation started, then I'd move into the normal RV park. Bear in mind, the cost of the old run down non-paved trailer park on a poorly maintained dirt road spot costs exactly the same as the normal fully paved spot actually in the RV park that I reserved A couple of days pass and I ask about moving to the reserved spot, but they tell me the guy who is there wants to stay a few more days, so I'm just going to have to wait longer. A few days later I ask again and am more persistent. I tell them that I made reservations in good faith and paid a deposit to ensure that it was available. They tell me it won't be until another week before I can get the spot I reserved. I told them that I'm not interested in waiting another week for a spot I reserved the previous week and want the spot I reserved and paid for. They refuse and then say that they aren't giving me a refund and are going to tow my RV and call the cops and tell them that I stole services even though they had a deposit and a check for the full month's rent totaling more than a month's rent. Worst RV park management I've ever dealt with, and I don't say that lightly. The on-site "manager" doesn't even get information about reservations. He is just a rent collector. The attached pictures are of the fully paved roads, large concrete pads, and wonderful neighbors they offer if you make an early reservation and give them a deposit.
Park is centrally located and maintained very well. Manager on-site very knowledgeable and attentive to all RVers. Full hook ups and concrete pads.

Hate to have to leave. This is an amazing park and definitely number one on my list if I ever come back this way for work again. Very quiet and Gordon does an amazing job at keeping the sites well maintained. He is always around and if you need something he is right on it. This park I highly recommend!!!!!
Nice RV park, all paved road throughout park. Concrete parking for the RV and your auto. Never have to step off the concrete and track into your RV. Nice clean laundry room and bathhouse also. WiFi worked well too. Only downfall I seen was the wkly rate was high. Being in construction work you don't always know exactly when you might be leaving and if you have to pay wkly in 2 wks time you have paid for a monthly stay. If you pay for a month and then finish up a wk later, no refund.
Good road and parking. WiFi is NOT great or fast! At all... I was quoted one price then a higher one when I got here. And I'm not sure about this kwh electricity rate thing. I'm 99% sure they're considering themselves an electricity provider here and making money on other people's work. But, shady's what you get when you rent sometimes.
Manager is great and always available. Park is clean and quiet.
