Upon my visit I received the warmest welcoming from the dentist assistant , and the receptionist I was there asked to go to one of the rooms room 8 that assistant was very respectful as well, whenI was calling to do my deep cleaning. I met the most wonderful doctors and doctors assistant. They assured me that I would be OK because I was a bit terrified not being at the dentist for such a long time. I would recommend this dental office to others. Thank you.
Horrible experience!!!!!! My mother was told she needed to replace her old fillings and got new porcelain and the damaged her nerve in the process and they also shaped the porcelain filling uneven to the point that my mother can chew straight and now there telling her she needs a root Canal done!!!!! Unprofessional rookies and thiefs!!!!!!! Don't waste your time with this lowbudget offices.
Good experience. Dentist took time to explain things to my understanding. That was truly appreciated. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 yrs. She made me feel comfortable. The assistant was very nice as well. And the front desk receptionist was very helpful with scheduling my future appointments & explaining the cost of services and options to pay for service. Overall I had a really good experience.
Smiles West is a great place to get work done. Last year I gave them 4 stars but over the past year they have seemed to improve somewhat. The facility is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. The management is also great to work with. I had a few issues that I was not satisfied with and they worked with me until I was satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.
They don't treat medical patients well. We are low priority to them, if the doctor decides to leave early or not show up, they always cancel our appointments because we have medical and they can't get as much money from us as other private insurances. They also try to say we have gum issues when we don't, when other dentists confirm that we dont... They must be buying fake reviews here cuz they don't deserve their rating lmaooooo
I went to get consultation for a crown on an already extracted tooth and for that crown, I was handed a treatment plan costing over 9 thousand dollars. I have Delta Care USA DHMO Insurance. Cleaning on that insurance is supposed to be free with your primary care dentist but Smiles West found a loophole to charge $100 for that even. It is concerning how dishonest and underhanded dental clinics and healthcare in general is in the United States. Things maybe state of the art here in terms of becoming a doctor and treatment but there are schemes within schemes to navigate through to get genuine care.
My first time at Smiles West was very pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was professional and efficient. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and very informative. It was also my sons first time at the dentist and he had a really great experience.
Called and informed the office that I was going to be 15 mins late for my children’s appt. Upon reaching within 12 mins, the front staff told me that they will not be able to do my son’s 2 small fillings however they could still do a consultation and X-rays for my daughter. I asked them if they could allocate the time which they had for my daughters consultation for my son’s fillings, however they said that the dentist decided not to do it. Upon arrival I also inquired about the appt with the orthodontist, surprisingly they said that the orthodontist happened not to be there as my daughter had a scheduled consultation with them. I would not recommend this practice now as the staff has changed once the practice sold. There is a lack of professionalism and poor customer service towards patients.
It is always a pleasure to come see them! Everyone is very professional and friendly! Very organized and the visits are quick and easy!
