I am giving them 2 stars because they did a good job with communicating back and forth, however they had a very sparse description online of the item I purchased then when I received it and realized it was not what I needed I requested an RMA. They charged a 20% restock fee and the cost of the freight to return it. They probably made more money reaming me on the return than they made selling the item in the first place. Keep in mind that this was all within a few days of receiving the tool and all we did was look at it, it was not used nor had I gone past any deadline and i was charged over $250 to return it. If you check their return policy on their website it does not say that you are subject to restocking fees either. I couldn't use the tool and had no choice but to accept their terms, so hopefully this helps someone else in that if you are not positive that you need something from them then you should probably buy it somewhere else.
Had an odd issue with shipping on the website. I emailed Bay Fastening and within an hour a woman had emailed me with alternative shipping methods. Great customer service! Able to make an old hand pop-rivet tool work again.
Been with them for 2+ years - love working with these guys.
