Every time I come we're put on a broken lane and I showed up at 1130 pm on a Friday night they were closed, very poorly ran business. Would recommend going to different bowling alley. Any day of the week will not be going back
Was told they had no pop because the kitchen was closed. But then told I couldn't order pizza from outside because the kitchen was closed. They had the temperature at AC levels in March. Refused to refund my money. Absolutely gross bathrooms, shoes, and overall staff behavior. I don't know how this place is still open.
Such great staff and under new Management! The prices were excellent for the games and shoe rental! The place is clean and very kid friendly!
What a fun, and safe atmosphere! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be a great night! Billy, the cashier, shoe man, made sure our family was taken care of. Gave us a middle lane, as we told him our boys are on the spectrum. He was accommodating every step of the way. Even when it got busier, he moved us so our boys weren't too overwhelmed. He even paused the game while we ate pizza! And let me tell you about this pizza! Not greasy, crispy, and perfectly melted cheese! The sauce was full of flavor and not spicy, nor did it sneak back up on you later with those pesky heartburn interruptions! 10/10 totally recommend! We will be coming back in March and in July for their birthdays! Washington Lanes just became our favorite place!
No beverages and no food. Was told after paying for 2 games. When I requested a refund for one of the games I was told no refunds.. if a place doesn't have everything it advertises available for the customers and doesn't let them know ahead of time they should at least honor a refund when asked.
Should be closed down. Employees are rude. I was there for my sons birthday. They had nothing to drink. But yet when we ordered pizza and pop elsewhere. They told us we couldnt bring outside food in. Well sorry I don't want your dry pizza without a drink.
Get there early if u plan to cosmic bowl with little kids or plan to leave mid game because what should have been fun turns quickly into a nightmare because apparently its too much work to get the bumpers out when requested... Bring your own drinks too! Attempted to take my kids out to "cosmic bowl" only to find out its nothing like their website states it is. No darkness, no black lights, no glowing lanes, no loud music, and no bumpers or drinks available. I'm not just talking alcohol drinks. I'm talking about all drinks. Not at the grill or bar in there and not in the nonexistent vending machines either We were lucky 3 out of the 4 shoes needed were available in the needed size but balls were a different story bc ppl left them at lanes when they were done and the staff did too.
It was a tough shot for the tournament. But, the table service was perfect. And, the price of the drinks made up for the tough oil pattern. Next time I'll bring different equipment.
This is a super great bowling alley great staff great food great entertainment great bar family friendly good music I advise on frequenting this bowling alley it's a fun place
$6 dollars to bowl with shoes. Improved lanes. Saw many friends there also. Awesome place for entertainment. They have it all, including a comedy club and Italian restaurant. I will be back. Thanks Washington Lanes see you soon.
