I had my gum graft surgery earlier this week and Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job. It was not as bad as I imagined. The surgery went well and I'm not in pain. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. He's very skillful and professional. He and his staff deserve more than 5 stars. They really care about their patient well-being. Call if you ever need anything related to periodontal treatment.

I was referred to Dr. Nguyen to perform a crown extension procedure. His office was able to get me an appointment the same week I needed the consultation on. Dr. Nguyen is extremely professional and his facility is state of the art. The procedure itself was very smooth and he checked in with me for the next few weeks to ensure that I was recovering well. I'm hoping I do not need another dental surgery again in future but if I do, his office would be the first on my list.

I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Nguyen for an extraction and an implant. He clearly explained the options, his recommendations, and what to expect. Dr. Nguyen’s attention to detail, thoughtful approach, clear communication, and caring manner continued through each phase of the process. His team members are also great—efficient, helpful and friendly. Now all the work is complete and I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Nguyen and the team were exceptional from start to finish of my recent crown-lengthening procedure. A super group of people. First, their patient-centric approach of proactive communications and care was both refreshing and helpful. I always knew the next step, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Second, they did an awesome job of coordinating care and communicating status with my regular dentist. Third, the dental surgery was smooth and the aftercare exceeded my expectations. Dr. Nguyen gave me a call later in the day following my procedure to check in, address any questions and ensure I was doing as expected. Lastly, we gave the team feedback on improving two process steps for the convenience of the patient's caregiver ie. getting meds ahead of time, preparing for aftercare, etc.. They were receptive and applied the suggestions to improve the experience of the patient and whomever is helping them with aftercare. I am happy to fully recommend Dr. Nguyen and the team at Bay Periodontics. I certainly will return for any needed work and will recommend to my family and friends.

Dr. Nguyen is a great surgeon: he has a delicate technique that causes very little additional trauma. My daughter had minimal pain and healed super quickly! His facility is brand new, the staff is friendly; I would recommend this clinic without hesitation.
