Bay Plaza Mall Dental

I had a chipped tooth once, When my dad went to this dentist, they just said I needed a filling and I had no nerve damage. So I got the filling and kept it for like 3 years or so.. When I bit into an apple, my filling came out and my dad took me a different private dentist. They said that I had nerve damage and needed a root canal. I know that no part of my actual teeth came out when I bit into the apple and it was just the filling that came out. Which probably meant that I had already had nerve damage when I initially broke it. I could be wrong, but for your safety I wouldn't trust mall dentists in general. Also the staff had an attitude with me and my dad too keep in mind I was like 10 at the time, so idk why they were beefing with me

I visited Dr. Karina Krom locate at the Bay Plaza Mall, Bronx . Dr. Karina Krom did my filling and root canal. The procedure was highly satisfactory. The staff, especially Tina and Agnes are knowledgeable , professional and courteous. They provide excellent dental care

The Receiptionist Zeta not helpful when you call. She put you on hold and never come back then when I call again they she talks. Very unprofessional, not a good place to go either!!!

The office workers are unprofessional/ no one communicates with each other. They appear to be very disorganized. Still waiting for a call back about filing a claim to get money back from my insurance company for a procedure I paid for out of pocket The cleaning I got was not that great

The experience I had at Bay Plaza Mall Dental was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I strongly recommend this dentist office and will continue to be a patient here.

So far I had a cleaning done and will get more work done here. The dentists are friendly and knowledgeable and take their time to toroughly examine your teeth. The girl at the front, I believe her name is Sheyla is super nice - I actually have never met a friendly receptionist at a dental office so this is quite a surprise - and she takes care of referrals soooo quickly :! The office is clean and all the equipment looks new. I believe they take almost all insurance incl medicaid.

If I could leave 0 stars I would they have multiple people waiting over an hour my appointment was at 12:30 here I wait at 1:40

So far my experience has been good. The office staff was kind & So far I had a routine cleaning as well as X-rays done. The office is very sanitary! That’s a huge plus for me.

Great visit with Dr. Yopa! Cleaning and filling the following week. Didn’t even have to numb me up to do it. I don’t know about any of the other Doctors there, but Dr. Yopa was fantastic! Now I’m bringing my wife and daughter.

They need to learn how to talk with respect and I will not trust Bay Plaza mall dental at all.
