We did this for Mother’s Day since my wife has always wanted to and it was our first dolphin tour experience. My wife and I along with our three kids 12, 9, and 7 had just an awesome time. Dale was a pro. He was all about safety but was also laid back and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. He got us on the dolphins right away, knew how to approach them, and was great with the kids. He also gave us some great info along the way and we got to spend some time at Shell Island as well. Seriously, I never place reviews and I’m telling all the dads out there to look no further. We got his number saved in our phone and we decided right after that this will now be our annual experience. Just do it and you’ll be happy.
Captain Dale was great. Was professional and patient as I was with my wife and 4 young kids. We saw and swam with dolphins and then collected some shells and snorkeled for a while before heading back.
I have always wanted to swim with dolphins in their natural habitat, outside of a SeaWorld or commercialized environment, and I was so excited when I found out it was possible to do that in Panama City Beach! Our tour guide Dale was so knowledgeable of the area and allowed us to swim with the dolphins four different times!! It was an unforgettable experience for me and my family. I love that he keeps his tours smaller and it’s a nice ride through the bay on a pontoon boat. I cannot recommend Bay Point Water Sports enough if you are looking to swim with the dolphins!
This is an unbelievable experience. Captain is very nice. He will help you and tell you when to look up and down. It was breath-taking to see dolphins swim right beside me and under my feet. You get to go out and see dolphins, swim with them if you would like, snorkel and walk on Shell Island. Will definitely return and do another trip when in the area.
The swimming with dolphins tour was excellent ! We enjoyed seeing these magnificent creatures up close and personal and had a great time with Dale who was an excellent tour guide. I highly recommend you go and check this adventure out !
Captain Dale gave us a great boat ride! Our teenagers loved seeing Shell Island, swimming with dolphins, seeing a shipwreck, and snorkeling. Dale has a great demeanor and I highly recommend!

Dale did a great job of showing my family the Dolphins! Great attitude and really knows his stuff.
Captain Dale made sure we were right on the the dolphins and we snorkeled over a sunken ship which my kids absolutely loved. He was laid back and cool as a cucumber we will definitely be back
We went out on a dolphin tour with Captain Dale yesterday. We had a wonderful time. Dale was very knowledgeable and took us out to see dolphins. We got to get in the water and swim with them close by! He spotted a shark and a school of large fish that he pointed out to us. He then took us over to a quiet part of shell island to snorkel. My kids all LOVED it, aged 18-10. I would highly recommend this company. The price was reasonable. I have saved Captain Dale’s information for booking another trip in the future!! You won’t be sorry!!
