Great work on shingles and roof. They did leave a lot of nails for us to retrieve however. Flashing around chimney was redone but done well. However a small portion of brick broke off chimney so they waited numerous weeks before they told us we needed a mason to repair. It was a small portion under the new flashing that we repaired ourselves with concrete fix, you would have had to remove the new flashing to replace a full brick which was not needed. Now we have waited numerous weeks for the front flashing to be caulked. It's on their calendar I am 70 yrs old just went up a ladder myself and finally did it. A 5 minute job. The front office and back office don't know what each has said. So that part was frustrating. Hope caulking is good as I was to afraid to go higher and take a good look.Services: Roof installation

One day and done. Great quality, fair quote. Cleaned up like they were never there. Hard working crew.

I previously left a 5-star review, but I removed a star. Bay Roofing came to replace my roof in Feb and they did an excellent job. However, with all the snow on the ground, they were not able to collect the roofing nails that fell. We found many nails on the grass around the house in the spring. Concerned for my kids' bare feet, I called to ask if they could come and pick up the nails with a magnet. I was told they would come, but they never showed. I called again weeks later and the same thing happened. This is the only reason that I removed the star from my review.
