Pricing was a few hundred better than a competitor. There is no "showroom". We looked at our stove in a cold unlit building. The stove sat on a pallet disassembled. Clearly not show-ready We arranged delivery and installation with an OUTSTANDING contractor C&C Pools and all went smoothly till the stove over fired and I couldn't choke it back. Seller was skeptical that I may not have understood how to operate it and said he'd speak with installer. I had to call C&C and have them return to inspect the stove and repair an assembly issue that was preventing the combustion air door from fully closing. No apology from Bay State. Pay a little more and get the service you'd expect.
Very professional and friendly. They know their stuff. If they don't have something they can get it quickly.
